Sandbanks apartment is a modern, duplex apartment with wonderful views out to sea. It is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break watching the ever-changing tide. It is a great base for walking or cycling along the adjoining coastal path or enjoying the surrounding countryside and Gower peninsular.
The open plan living area on the top floor has large patio doors giving views out to sea. There is an L- shaped leather sofa + modern armchair. There is a wall mounted 40" smart TV with Netflix + Freeview Play and a DVD player. There is a large DVD library and free Wi-fi.
The dining area seats 6 or 2 can sit at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen has all you need including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier and Nespresso machine.
The 2 upstairs balconies enjoy the sun throughout the day.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed (new mattress 2018), walk in closet, ensuite and TV/DVD.
Bedroom 2 has a king size zip+link bed (or 2 x 2ft 9" single beds) (new 2018), ample storage plus a wall mounted TV/DVD.
Bedroom 3 has 1 standard single bed and ample storage.
Coat hangers and hairdriers are provided in each bedroom.
The main bathroom has an over-bath shower.
The ensuite has a walk in shower.
A cot, high chair, stair gates and door/cupboard safety catches can be provided if required.
Heating throughout the apartment is by new thermastatically controlled electric radiators (not to be confused with storage heaters).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Please note there is no lift.

Situated on the Millennium Coastal Path the apartment is ideally situated for walking or cycling by the sea. The path runs for 22km and is mainly flat and tarmac. Millennium Quay is a residential development on the site of the old Llanelli docks. Constructed at the same time as the Millennium Coastal Path the area is within walking distance of Llanelli town centre and yet is delightfully peaceful.
The apartment is regularly used by the owners and therefore is well maintained and has all you need for your holiday.
Llanelli is a seaside town enjoying regeneration. The creation of the Millenium Coastal Park has given the area a beautiful place to walk, cycle and enjoy the beach. The town itself has a vibrant indoor market, a cinema complex, an industrial heritage and many good places to eat including the award winning Sosban restuarant which is within 10 minutes walk of the apartment. Trostre shopping park is 10 minutes drive away housing all the best high street names plus eateries. There are many golf courses nearby including the Jack Nicklaus designed Machynys which is within 2 miles of the apartment. Horse racing is at nearby Ffos Las and rugby at Parc y Scarlets. The Wetlands is fun for all ages and is only 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of birds to see and feed or, for the more serious bird watcher, hides to sit in and view the migratory birds in their natural surroundings. Kite surfing is popular on Llanelli beach with lessons available from the experts. There are many cafes and pubs in the locality including many within walking distance.
Carmarthenshire is a county full of plenty to do and see with its beautiful beaches, stunning countryside and history galore. There is something for all the family from theme parks (Oakwood) to zoo parks (eg.Folly Farm) to castles (eg.Kidwelly) to amazing beaches (eg Cefn Sidan) to historical houses (eg. National Trust's Dinefwr) to gardens (eg.National Botanic Gardens of Wales). The nearby Gower penisula has Wales best collection of unspoilt beaches ideal for walking or surfing and is definitely worth a visit. Swansea is 20 minutes away with all the facilities the city has to offer including the National Maritime Museum, LC2 swimming pool and 8km prom.
