About Dee Price
My sister and I grew up in the area and we returned as often as our busy lives permitted. It's always been our dream to own a caravan in Mudeford, and we are pleased to be able to share this special area with our guests. It's a fabulous place to rest, relax and recharge. There are lots of things to keep children amused, our grand kids love spending summer holidays here, and we hope your family will too.
Dee Price purchased this Caravan in 2016
Why Dee Price chose Mudeford
Mudeford and the surrounding area has everything for nature lovers, and those who love the sea. Hengistbury Head is an area of special scientific interest, great for bird watching, hiking, cycling, and the visitor centre regularly has nature themed activities for children and adults.
What makes this Caravan unique
Truly a great place to relax and unwind, with sea breeze and view of the Isle of Wight. The heated outdoor pool is an alternative to swimming in the sea, but we love swimming off the wilder beaches near Hengistbury head. Avon beach, just 5 minutes walk away is life guarded in summer and good for small children. The New Forest national Park is on the doorstep - Lyndhurst the capital of the New Forest is 10 miles away.

Sports & Adventure Activities
Well presented accommodation with plenty of books and games for all tastes. Particularly liked the lay out with bedrooms/ toilets and shower at both ends of the home separated by a central living / dining / kitchen area. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dee et al.
We're so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We loved the layout of the caravan too, it's quite unique and gives everyone a bit more space and privacy.
thanks for taking the time to post a review,

We had a brilliant family holiday
The caravan is in a quiet spot, only a very short walk to the beach front. It was well equipped and a good base for the 5 of us.The Sandhills site is excellent and well maintained.
Well appointed caravan
An ideal spot for access to the coast, local beaches and ferry to Hengisberry Head. Very well appointed caravan, tastefully fitted out and presented. Twin bedrooms did provide a bit of a challenge as they were so small. Only complaint was that we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness in some areas.
Thanks for your positive feedback. We will address your last comment to the cleaning crew, and hope to do better next time.

Waste of our pension money
Not very good showers dirty dental floss on bed room floor filthy smelly old door mat /rug dining chairs not very stable for old folk, , surprised these few errors were not within DEE s vision as she stayed there previous to our visit. Oh almost forgot to mention the smelly towels not dried properly after washing which leaves them stinky this smell is offensive because it does transfer to your body . Obviously will not be recommending this chalet to anyone .
This was the best Caravan I have ever stayed in everything You possible need and more. For me and my 5 Head Family. Brill and What a location :)
Dear Colin and family
So pleased our little place by the sea helped you all to enjoy your Christmas holiday. We'd welcome you back in the summertime and you can enjoy the beach!

Great little home from home
Really enjoyed our week in this delightful caravan, tucked away in the trees in a quieter area of the holiday park, yet only a moment from the beach and Mudeford Quay. Lovely modern decor with lots of attention to detail throughout, creating a very welcoming environment. Definitely recommended!
A 5 minute stroll along the seafront will take you to a life guarded beach with shop/bakery and restaurant, or a 5 minute ferry to Mudeford sandbank with natural beaches and Hengistbury Head (SSSI) for hiking and bird watching. Sea fishing charter boats from Mudeford Quay, bay cruises to Isle of Wight and wild water rib cruise. Local kayak/canoe hire in Highcliffe. New Forest National Park is just a few miles drive away. Take the vintage wooden ferry boat from Mudeford sandbank up the river to explore the ancient town of Christchurch or 10 minute drive away, where you'll find Restaurants, Pubs, Coffee shops, and an independent bookshop. The Norman Priory and Castle ruins are a must see. Ducking Stool lane and the stocks are fun for the children. Christchurch quay has mini golf and river side restaurants.
