Seth and Aimee Withrow purchased this townhome in 2007
Location was great for us with 3 trucks and trailers. House was well maintained. The town has multiple places to eat. We found several good ones. The owner contacted me when we could check in and wished me a good trip home when we left. The customer service was outstanding. Would stay there again if in the area.
We were a group of 5 deer hunters from Colorado and Utah who stayed in this place for 4 nights in Oct. 2016. The place had everything we needed for our trip, many places to sleep and plenty of hot water. A peaceful spot to relax in between the morning and evening hunt. While we tended to eat out mostly, I did notice the kitchen was stocked with all the items one would need to cook, plenty of pots/pans/plates/glasses. Notable restaurants were: W Cafe, Gunnisack, & the Blue Table. Aimee, the owner, was in contact with us via email and text message. She made sure we got in into the home and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. I recommend this place and would book it again.
This house was perfect for our WSC reunion, Homecoming weekend 2016. 5 old friends hadn't seen each other in years and met in Gunnison for a long weekend. The house was perfect, it was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The layout openness was great for just hanging out and visiting. It's close to town, but yet far enough from campus that it's quiet. The owners are fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the beautiful Gunnison area!
The main floor was very open and had plenty of seats for our group of 8 adults. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels, sheets, utensils, glasses, etc. The kitchen was modern/upgraded and had everything we needed for cooking and meal preparation. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and we were glad that both bathrooms had showers. We also liked having the covered front porch with 2 chairs and a table (would suggest having a couple more chairs available to use there and maybe on the upstairs deck). It was nice to have the upstairs deck off one of the bedrooms as we could get a good breeze when the slider was opened. We also enjoyed having a good gas grill and the large coffee pot, along with the coffee pods provided for the single cup coffee maker. Aimee (owner) was very good about responding in a timely manner whenever we contacted her. We will be back next year!!
The town home was in a quite spot of town yet close to all activities. Perfect for all of our needs. Wonderful stay.
Property was well located. House was spacious and comfortable. Could use a table and chairs on the deck and a ceiling fan in the living room.
