Welcome to Landmark #116! My residence is platinum rated (score of 97 out of 100) by the Vail Lodging Quality Assurance Program and is located in the heart of Lionshead Village. The Eagle Bahn Gondola, Born Free Express Lift, and Ski School are all just a 2 minute walk away. The general store, liquor store, restaurants, pubs, ski/snowboard shops, ice rink, free in-town shuttle, and lifts are just steps away. Couples and families will love the convenience to everything Vail has to offer.

This first floor 750sf 1 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 4 and is the largest, most luxurious one bedroom unit at The Landmark. All custom furnishings and décor will make you feel right at home.

Enjoy the awesome recreation deck (conveniently located on the same floor as the residence) where you can take a dip in the outdoor heated pool, soak in one of three hot tubs, workout in the fitness center, or enjoy s'mores in front of the fire pit taking in the mountain/village views.

Pamper yourself in the upscale master suite with a KING size bed, flat screen tv, spacious bath with double vanities, heated travertine flooring, and a luxurious walk-in two person shower (this is the only residence at The Landmark with this feature). Luxurious Ralph Lauren towels, Hotel Collection Primaloft luxury down alternative pillows, and sumptuous Ralph Lauren robes for trips to the pool/hot tubs are provided.

There is an additional full hall bath to expedite getting ready for activities on and off the mountain.

The fully equipped kitchen (blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, china, glassware, silverware, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker) has beautiful knotty alder wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, solid granite countertops/backsplashes, and an island that seats four. The Calphalon cookware is professional grade stainless steel and enjoy dining with Ralph Lauren silverware.

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that frame nice mountain/ski slope views, a stone fireplace, stunning stone wall, distressed wood flooring, high definition tv with surround sound, Blu-ray player, and a custom leather sleeper sofa (QUEEN size, extra length, and comfortable mattress). High speed Wi-Fi is also included so you can easily stay connected with the office, family, and friends.

My place comfortably sleeps four, has a washer/dryer, and a private balcony (with gas barbeque grill) overlooking the ski slopes of Vail mountain.

VAIL VACATION

We absolutely loved this condo. It is first class in every way from the top of the line appliances and furniture to the linens. Everything looks brand new. Loved the very comfortable king bed, the huge shower and lighting system.

Perfect location! This condo is walking distance to everything you need. We were attending a wedding for a family member at Donovan Pavilion and there was a walking trail that was only a mile to the venue. The Gondola is only steps away.

The owner is very helpful and easy to contact.

We hope to stay again.

Week Long Stay Mid September

This was the finest and most elegant stay we've ever had on a vacation. The condo itself is absolutely astonishing. It has such a warm welcome from the moment you walk in until the day you leave. It is very well built, immaculate on the inside and fully furnished with everything needed from laundry soap to cookware. The location is in the best possible spot, on the west side of the village. The shops begin underneath the building, ranging from wonderful shopping, restaurants and a liquor store within 50 ft from the door. Rich gave us so many suggestions on where to go, things to see, places to eat, and was super patient with us when we couldn't figure out something. He was always available and kind enough to help us have a wonderful time. The condo is extraordinary with the heated floors and fireplace inside. The three hot tubs, fire pit, gym and so much more are all on the same floor. The finishes on the inside are of the absolute highest quality; nice thick doors, stainless appliances, an oasis for a shower and steam room and my of course my favorite.. all the home automation inside from the light switches having multiple settings to control different rooms and a switch by the door that turns everything off with just the press of a button on the way out, all the way down to having one remote that easily works everything. After staying here, my wife and I both agree we won't stay anywhere else while in Vail. This gem is tucked away with spectacular views of the mountains and less than a two-minute walk to the gondola for skiing, biking or even just a ride to the top for scenic views. The buses run so frequently that anytime you want to go somewhere you just walk right out the front and they are there more frequently than every five minutes so transportation is never an issue. The condo has instructions printed out in a binder that are easy to read and follow, and cover how to work absolutely everything you need. It helps make it an absolute stress free getaway and also a wonderful way to recharge the batteries before getting back to reality. We loved staying here and can't express how amazing it really was. It has private gated parking underground if you rent a vehicle like we did. Just an overall blissful experience that we would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway; whether your looking to get out everyday or stay at home by the fireplace and watch a movie. Thanks so much for letting us into your home, we will be back next year.

Cool weather stay in a very nice condo for some Hot Texans

Very nice property, first class in every way. The condo is located in such a handy place to enjoy the Vail Village. Russ could not have been better and more attentive to every little detail. He has first class Plumbing (that is my business), so I always notice. Wait till you see the shower! Really enjoyed!

Great property, Excellent owner

We usually stay at VRBO's when on vacation and this one was tops. You can immediately tell the care that Rich (owner) puts in his property from the slippers he provides (I forgot & brought my own), to the detailed instructions he provides upon check in/check out. The condo is fully stocked. He provides laundry detergent/cleaning supplies, shampoo, coffee, spices etc etc. We've been to numerous locations where we've had to buy salt and pepper so this was a treat. Rich is great to work with - he checked in with us to be sure we had what we needed and provided restaurant recommendations. The only negative we experienced was there was no AC. This obviously is not an issue in winter. We weren't around much during the day so not too much of an issue and he does provide fans to help with sleeping. Overall, a great stay at a condo that was meticulously clean and cared for.

Summer time in Vail, could there be a better place? Our stay at this property was fantastic! The condo is beautiful and so convenient for every activity in Vail. Our family was able to take advantage of the local flavor, but still have our own space to relax. The condo was first class and all the amenities were over the top.
