Landmark #116

Being in the heart of the newly renovated Lionshead Village is awesome. Just steps to everything Vail has to offer makes this the perfect place to be. No need for a car! But there is complimentary parking for one vehicle during your stay in an attached, easily accessible garage. The general store for groceries, liquor store, restaurants, pubs, ski shops, ice rink, and ski lifts are just a few steps away. The Landmark facilities are great with a beautiful lobby, a landscaped recreation deck that features a full size heated outdoor pool, 3 hot tubs, fire pit, changing rooms, and a fitness center all located conveniently on the same floor as the residence.

Landmark #116 features an excellent location in Lionshead Village (150 yards to the Eagle Bahn Gondola/Born Free Express lift and across from the Arrabelle ice rink) overlooking the ski slopes, this gorgeous first floor (no stairs) 750 square foot, one bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 4 is one of the most upgraded units in The Landmark and everything is new as of 2012. It's platinum rated (highest rating possible with a score of 97 out of 100) by the Vail Valley Chamber and Tourism Bureau lodging quality assurance program.

You are welcomed by a custom Lutron lighting system that sets pleasing scenes (you never have to turn on or off individual lamps). Pamper yourself in the upscale master suite with a king sized bed, flat screen tv, spacious bath with double vanities, heated travertine flooring, and a luxurious walk-in two person shower (this is the only residence at The Landmark with this feature). Luxurious Ralph Lauren towels, robes, and Hotel Collection Primaloft luxury down alternative pillows are provided.

There is an additional full hall bath for guests.

The fully equipped kitchen (blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, china, glassware, silverware, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker) has beautiful knotty alder wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, solid granite countertops and backsplashes, and an island that seats four. The Calphalon cookware is professional grade stainless steel and enjoy dining with Ralph Lauren silverware.

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows that frame nice mountain/ski slope views, a stone fireplace, stunning stone wall, distressed wood flooring, high definition tv with surround sound, Blu-ray player, and a custom leather sleeper sofa (queen size, extra length, and very comfortable mattress).

Enjoy the awesome recreation deck where you can take a dip in the outdoor heated pool, soak in one of three hot tubs, workout in the fitness center, or enjoy smores in front of the fire pit taking in the mountain/village views.

This unit comfortably sleeps four, has a washer/dryer, and a private balcony (with gas barbeque grill) overlooking the ski slopes of Vail mountain.

With easy access to Vail Ski Mountain and lifts (2 minute walk away in ski boots), lots of fine restaurants and cafes, boutique shopping, and cultural venues just steps away plus just steps to the free in-town shuttle to Vail Village, this ski condo is perfect for a couple or family looking for a luxurious Vail mountain retreat.

Being in the heart of the newly renovated Lionshead Village is awesome. Just steps to everything Vail has to offer makes this the perfect place to be. No need for a car! Stunning.... Just Stunning!

The pictures do not do the kitchen and bathroom justice! Rich has gone above and beyond any VRBO I have ever stayed at. His recommendations for things to do and places to eat are superb. Top notch from the kitchen cook wear, bathrobes, the super-comfy bed to the bathroom amenities. I will be booking with Rich for a summer trip to Vail.

Extreme pro's about the property: Gourmet kitchen (made a full thanksgiving dinner), high end appliances, surround sound in the living room, state of the art high end lighting system (labeled to the "T" and so easy to use) and the bathroom... that needs its own category. Bathroom is nicer than most high end hotels in Vegas. Shower has great pressure and the water stayed hot. The bathrobes were a major hit with the girlfriend.

The bed was so comfy, it was hard to get up for the day. The pillows are amazing, so much so that we found them on line and ordered them.

Rich has paid attention to detail to all aspects of the property. If you get a chance, stay at this property. You won’t regret it.

The Property at 116 Landmark, Vail, CO

The property was very nicely kept; clean and modern. All the amenities were there and the price was right - for the off season. Convenient to the stores and restaurants in Lionshead Village. The only drawback was that it did not have much of a view.

Wonderful Place

My wife and I stay here for a week in mid September and loved the place. It has all the amenities you want at a vacation home. You have the options to cook in or walk to the local restaurants. All of the details of your stay are taken care of by the owner and he takes meticulous care of the condo. You will be refreshed when you come to stay here.

Awesome condo and outstanding guest service

I've done extended stays at this condo for the past several summers and I always hate to leave! Being in the heart of Lionshead, the location can't be beat. Jazz on the Square is steps away, the mountaintop gondola is a 2 minute walk, and the Village shuttle is just across the driveway. Access to the mountain biking and hiking trails couldn't be easier. The full size pool and 3 hot tubs are conveniently located on the same floor as the condo. The finishes in this place are exceptional and all of the kitchen appliances, silverware and cookware are top notch. This is definitely a five star residence and Rich, the owner, provides exceptional customer service to his guests. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back!!
