Relax in the luxury of this bright and spacious villa of approx. 420m2, allergy free and situated in a quiet established residential area of Cullera. Enjoy its stunning views over rice fields to the Mediterranean Sea and north to Valencia. Southward the Costa Blanca is only half an hour drive away.

The villa centers on an open plan living room and equiped with a design Bulthaup kitchen with a cooking island.

This tastefully decorated villa with outstanding (sea) views includes 7 bedrooms divided in several floors connected inside by a modern marble stairs and therefore perfect suitable for independent families as there are 2 living rooms at different levels both with 3 meter sliding doors with access to the garden, private pool and terraces.

Facilities include: central heating and airco system, central vacuum cleaning system (ideal if you have an allergy) Satellite TV in living room, master bedroom and TV in recreation area, 2 modern log fire places (one in master bedroom) and 1 Tosca stone fireplace in traditional Castilian bodega, DVD, CD player, library room, under floor heating in 2 bathrooms, 5 toilets, Turkish sauna, whirlpool in master bedroom, walk-in closet in master bedroom, wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi), integrated dishwasher, fully fitted Bulthaup kitchen with cooking island, kettle, microwave/hot air oven, Nespresso machine, washing machine.

There are books, toys and games for children in the recreation room and books in the library to relax.

Large kidney shaped outdoor swimming pool, outdoor shower, BBQ in the garden, garden furniture and sunbeds. Towels included.

The urbanization where the house is situated has maintained gardens, play area for children, a football/basketball pitch and a tennis/padel court. The waterpark Aquopolis is at walking distance.( ) The plot is totally wall-fenced and the urbanization provides night-time security.

Airco/Heating and Electricity is included in the price (with a normal use according the season)

Final cleaning is included in the price

Due to the different floor levels the villa is NOT suitable for wheelchair or persons with walking difficulties. For non-walking babies there is a cot and Stokke high chair and baby bath.

Bookings from 2 weeks or more receive an extra free cleaning service after 7 days from the start of your stay in the villa.

About Mark

I´m born and raised in The Netherlands but after finishing my study Economics and 1 year working, my wife (also Dutch) and I decided to live in Spain as we both where attracted to the idea. We had are own business and worked for companies, mainly in construction related businesses.

When we first came to Spain we fell in love with the Valencia area and loved to settle there. 1 year went by when we decided to buy a plot near the coast but also on a mountain. We found it where after my wife and I designed our own house. The house we built is the house you are looking at right now!!

We loved living here with our children who where born during our stay in this beautiful house.

Now more than 20 years later we still love living in Spain. We live for educational reason of our children a bit more south and are still enjoying our live here in Spain.

Mark purchased this villa in 1998

Why Mark chose Cullera

If you like to visit a real Valencian village with one of the best beaches of Spain, where the typical Spanish way of enjoying life is still the same is decades ago. Where >90% of the tourists actually come from Spain and you want to know why they prefer this area for their holidays, you have to come over and visit Cullera yourself.

20 years ago we decided to life in Cullera ourselves. Besides of having beautiful surroundings, we wanted to experience the Spanish way of living. You can also have the same experience. Have a great adventure, it´s fun!

Back in our villa you can relax with all its comfort and luxury. It suits perfectly for multiple families with children as there is a private pool, many bedrooms, playroom for children and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with BBQ in a quiet urbanization with stunning views. I remember when we drove up the road looking for a nice spot on the Cullera Mountain. We stopped the car when we experienced this stunning view for the first time. The spot where we stopped was at a plot with a sign which said “se vende” (for sale). Within a month we bought the plot and build there our dream house in which you hopefully have the same amazing moments as we shared there together with our family.

Un lujo de casa, con todas las comodidades, hemos pasado unos días 8 adultos y 6 niños, y al hacer mal tiempo no pudimos salir, y lo hemos pasado genial allí, la casa es lo suficientemente grande para que los peques disfrutaran juntos y los adultos encantados. Mark una persona encantadora, que nos ha puesto las cosas muy faciles. Esperamos repetir pronto. Gracias por todo.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy your holidays

If you want to experience the feeling of being in a Palace like a Queen/King, this is the house for you. The house is enormous with plenty space for everybody, the views are stunning and you can hear the birds while you are in the marvelous swimming pool. It was clean and tidy and Mark (the owner) was very friendly and always willing to help, giving us advices about the town. The price is more than fair, with all the facilities. The house have everything! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is everything you need to feel like home (even books and toys for the kids!!). The main bedroom is gorgeous, I felt like a movie star having a bubble bath! The tennis club is very near and there is a very nice restaurant there, the food is lovely.

I would definitely recommend this house and I'm sure that I will come back (and stay longer!).

Besides the nearby prestigious GOLF club of El Saler, the OlivaNova golf club and Costa Blanca is only 45 km away. The amazing WATERPARK Aquapolis is at walking distance as is the TENNIS Club of Cullera with 8 clay courts, 1 grass court, large swimming pool, nice restaurant, etc.

Our villa is situated in a quiet and relaxed urbanisation with a football/basketball pitch, padel/tennis court and a playground for small children. The typical Spanish city of CULLERA is only 5 minutes’ drive away. Cullera is famous for their beautiful and stretched beaches (all blue-flag awarded!) with all types of water sports facilities. Visit the Moorish castle and the Pirate Museum in the caves where Dragut and his men lived in the 15th century. Our villa looks over orange groves, the rice fields of the Albufera to the protected dunes and beaches of Dosel. These rice fields are the origins of the world famous PAELLA. In Cullera it is not only considered as splendid food, but is experienced as a religion. Don´t forget to try one at the world famous restaurant Casa Salvador at the L' Estany lagoon or the many typical Spanish restaurants of Cullera.

The city of VALENCIA is only half an hour drive away or half an hour by train (train station is at walking distance from our villa). Valencia is one of the biggest cities in Spain with a beautiful historic city centre, and among the liveliest with an ample cultural offer with over 30 museums. Important trade fairs confirm Valencia's position as one of the most dynamic cities in Spain, as does the spectacular Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, the "City of Arts and Sciences", a newly constructed area of the city boasting extravagant architecture where Spain´s most famous aquarium Oceanographic is located

The city of BENIDORM is a one hour drive to the south where the giant theme park Terra Mitica, waterparks, zoo and many other leisure activities are located.
