This brand new, modern, 4th floor apartment is fully equipped and furnished. It has two bedrooms, spacious kitchen/living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea.

At the main entrance of the apartment block there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

Close by there are two reserved swimming zones, plus bus access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta, such as, Mellieha Bay, Armier Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha.

Step a few meters outside the apartment and you will come across the beautiful countryside – great for walks and picnics! Additionally, the peaceful promenade of St Paul’s Bay runs right outside the apartment so you can take a nice relaxing walk and perhaps stop for a tasty ice-cream on the waterfront.

The nearby jetty allows you to take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago, but, the main ferry which carries you across to the sister islands of Comino and Gozo is located in ‘Cirkewwa’ not far from the apartment.

If you like to take the cheap bus as a way of travelling around the island then there is a bus stop less than a minute away from your front door. However, if you would prefer hiring a car then free-on-street parking is available.

Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in winter.

Towels and bed sheets are provided.

A 2 x 2 bed fully furnished holiday apartment easily sleeping 4 with all the facilities needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday whilst being ideally suited to those that wish to explore the island by bus or car having plenty of parking space outside and across the road. At night the balcony afforded magnificent views of the St Paul's Bay with the small boats bobbing up and down on the opposite arm of the bay lit up by the local shops and restaurants. Staff very help full, non intrusive, always there when you need them. As 'The Terminator' once said "I will return" so will we. Best regards to all in St Paul's Bay

Incredible View

We very much enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It had a nice design and the view from the balcony is just as good as it looks in the picture. There was plenty of room for three of us and it is clean and modern. Because we had some trouble with the buses we thought maybe we should have stayed somewhere more central but after spending time in Sliema we concluded we liked it much better here in this beautifully quiet spot.

We did a lot of exploring locally which was really nice. That included quite a few walks going both directions. In particular we enjoyed the Roman walk and the walk past Mistral Bay. The local restaurants are all good and very reasonably priced.

We very much appreciated being able to message Ruth and Neville with our questions and each time we received very prompt responses. Neville welcomed us and spent a lot of time giving us a good introduction/overview of the apartment and Malta. We requested different pillows and received them promptly. At the same time Neville remembered that the stove lighter didn't work well so delivered a new one. We also noticed a small leak in the bathroom that they attended to right away. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends. Also, the driver service is definitely worth taking advantage of.

Some very little things - a cutting board would have been good and a double bed rather than two singles in one room.

Spring vacation

The apartment was as showed in pictures. And enough big for a vacation stay to our 6 people family. With beautiful view to the bay. Public transport just 3 min walk. Easy to go to Valletta and Gozo as well as airport. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Weather was like the best Latvian summer. We really enjoyed our stay in Malta.

Definitely Recommend.. Great stay!!

Modern and in a great location near Malta's top ponits of interest! The apartment is spacious and well equipped with all the necessary things you might need. We felt like home. Ruth and Neville are great hosts and they helped us before and during our trip. Cherry on the cake was the breathtaking sea view front the front Terrace!!

I recommend not only this apartment but all the apartments that Ruth and Neville own!! Professional service and 100% secure!!!

Our stay in Malta, St Paul's Bay Promenade

We (4 adults) stayed one week in the apartment. Everything was as expected upon booking. The property was clean and well-maintained.The customer service was okay and we really can recommend the property to friends or relatives. The seaview was marvellous. We did go to several bays, as well as to Gozo, Mdina,Valetta and so on. We really enjoyed our stay. As we rent a car (no parking problem next to the apartment) we can give no information concerning the busses, but there are severeal bus stations around St Paul's Promenade, we'd like to come back one day.

Beatiful apartment entirely equiped and good managed. I'll recommend to rent a car if you want to visit Gozo and beaches. Owners available and nice. We'll probably come back.

Monthly prices are applicable from November to March, for minimum stay of 3 months. Water and electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the price.

SPECIAL OFFERS FOR WINTER LONG STAY BREAKS at only euro 750 monthly. (Minimum stay of 3 months).

The prices quoted do not include the consumption for water and electricity. The guests will pay for what they consume. The bill would be about euro 1 - 2 per person per night.

On arrival we require a deposit against damages and water and electricity bills of Euro 150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment. For big young groups the refundable deposit is of Euro 50 per person
