This brand new, modern, 4th floor apartment is fully equipped and furnished. It has two bedrooms, spacious kitchen/living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea.

At the main entrance of the apartment block there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

Close by there are two reserved swimming zones, plus bus access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta, such as, Mellieha Bay, Armier Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha.

Step a few meters outside the apartment and you will come across the beautiful countryside – great for walks and picnics! Additionally, the peaceful promenade of St Paul’s Bay runs right outside the apartment so you can take a nice relaxing walk and perhaps stop for a tasty ice-cream on the waterfront.

The nearby jetty allows you to take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago, but, the main ferry which carries you across to the sister islands of Comino and Gozo is located in ‘Cirkewwa’ not far from the apartment.

If you like to take the cheap bus as a way of travelling around the island then there is a bus stop less than a minute away from your front door. However, if you would prefer hiring a car then free-on-street parking is available.

Definitely Recommend.. Great stay!!

Modern and in a great location near Malta's top ponits of interest! The apartment is spacious and well equipped with all the necessary things you might need. We felt like home. Ruth and Neville are great hosts and they helped us before and during our trip. Cherry on the cake was the breathtaking sea view front the front Terrace!!

I recommend not only this apartment but all the apartments that Ruth and Neville own!! Professional service and 100% secure!!!

Our stay in Malta, St Paul's Bay Promenade

We (4 adults) stayed one week in the apartment. Everything was as expected upon booking. The property was clean and well-maintained.The customer service was okay and we really can recommend the property to friends or relatives. The seaview was marvellous. We did go to several bays, as well as to Gozo, Mdina,Valetta and so on. We really enjoyed our stay. As we rent a car (no parking problem next to the apartment) we can give no information concerning the busses, but there are severeal bus stations around St Paul's Promenade, we'd like to come back one day.

Beatiful apartment entirely equiped and good managed. I'll recommend to rent a car if you want to visit Gozo and beaches. Owners available and nice. We'll probably come back.

Ottimo

L'appartamento è situato in un'ottima posizione per visitare Malta e a soli 15 minuti dal porto per Gozo e Comino. Pulito, spazioso e luminoso con un piccolo ma gradevole terrazzo con vista sulla baia. IV piano con ascensore, Wi-Fi perfetto, televisione con Sky e canali italiani. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili. Il nostro volo è arrivato in notevole ritardo, ma nonostante questo siamo stati accolti senza problemi con addirittura la premura di farci trovare qualcosa da mangiare e una bottiglia di vino locale. Consigliato.

Monthly prices are applicable from November to March, for minimum stay of 3 months. Water and electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the price.

SPECIAL OFFERS FOR WINTER LONG STAY BREAKS at only euro 750 monthly. (Minimum stay of 3 months).

The prices quoted do not include the consumption for water and electricity. The guests will pay for what they consume. The bill would be about euro 1 - 2 per person per night.

On arrival we require a deposit against damages and water and electricity bills of Euro 150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment. For big young groups the refundable deposit is of Euro 50 per person
