This lovely two bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St. Paul’s Bay. The view from the terrace is enchanting!

This brand new, modern, 4th-floor apartment is fully equipped and furnished.

It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/living/dining room with a terrace overlooking the sea.

At the main entrance of the apartment block there are 2 small steps leading up to the elevator inside which will take you to all floors.

Close by there are two reserved swimming zones, plus bus access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta, such as, Mellieha Bay, Armier Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay and Ghajn Tuffieha.

Step a few meters outside the apartment and you will come across the beautiful countryside – great for walks and picnics! Additionally, the peaceful promenade of St Paul’s Bay runs right outside the apartment so you can take a nice relaxing walk and perhaps stop for a tasty ice-cream on the waterfront.

The nearby jetty allows you to take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago, but, the main ferry which carries you across to the sister islands of Comino and Gozo is located in ‘Cirkewwa’ not far from the apartment.

If you like to take the cheap bus as a way of traveling around the island then there is a bus stop less than a minute away from your front door. However, if you would prefer hiring a car then free-on-street parking is available.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les hôtes très gentils restent disponibles en cas de besoin. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et propre. Terrasse avec jolie vue mais qui manque juste un peu d’espace lorsque l’on est 5 (mobilier imposant). Conforme aux photos et aux attentes! Les plus: machine à laver, barbecue, ventilateurs dans chaque pièce, cuisine bien équipée, serviettes de toilettes en nombre Les moins: canapé ancien et donc peu confortable Ps: prévoir le cash pour caution et taxe de séjour.

Fantastic view across St Paul's Bay

We are just back from our 10 day stay in this fabulous apartment.

There were 6 of us in this 2 bedroom apartment but it was perfect and had everything we needed.

Hosts were excellent. We were met by Salvatori who helped us with booking our trip to the Blue lagoon and comino island.

He also gave us good advice about buses which you can catch just outside apartment. We bought a 7 day unlimited travel for 21 euros and were able to travel all over Malta in air conditioned and reliable buses-a great tip! and much better than driving. Thanks

The best thing about the apartment is the view across the bay from the balcony.

We enjoyed waking up to have our coffee on the balcony as well as eating all meals here. The balcony is actually in the shade most of the day-so a nice cool place to sit and relax whilst taking in the view.

We also loved the small reserved swimming zone across the bay which was a 5 minute walk from the front door. We went here most days as it was always quiet and the water was lovely.

Shops,cafe,ice-cream stand etc were all close by so we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There was even a shopping trolley to help you carry multi packs of bottled water from convenience store...very thoughtful.

Although there are many lovely areas of Malta to stay we really like this quitter location and were happy to return to it after our many days out. It had everything to help make this an unforgettable holiday for myself, my husband and our 4 daughters.

Beautiful apartment

We have enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. The view from the terrace is breath taking. The sunsets are gorgeous. The apartment was clean and you will find everything yoy need in there. The owners were helpful and nice. We were welcomed and all our questions were answered. The welcome local vine was realy nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful view to wake up to every morning!

My friend and I had never been to Malta before. We had a lot of questions about what to see and our hosts were great at answering them all, even writing out a priority list. The location is a 20 minute drive to most of the beaches, Valletta, and Gozo ferry terminal. The kitchen and living room was quite spacious. We were given sheets to join the twin beds together which was great. They even provided milk, bread, ham, cheese, water, coffee and wine so weary travelers didn't have to worry about finding the basics right away. Finding street parking for our car rental wasn't a problem during May. We definitely want to return and explore more of the island. We already miss waking up and having coffee to the incredible view of St. Paul's Bay! Thanks so much!

Good clean and tidy accommodation with lovely view

Property was very clean and tidy. Great views from the apartment and quiet location. Balcony would get sun in the summer months but not during the winter and spring. Nice touch was the emergency food left in fridge for when we arrived. Owners always ready to help out during our stay via Whats app or email and gave us good service on arrival at airport giving us directions from bus stop (Roti) as we made our own way there on X1 bus. Check in and out was easy too.

Incredible View

We very much enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment. It had a nice design and the view from the balcony is just as good as it looks in the picture. There was plenty of room for three of us and it is clean and modern. Because we had some trouble with the buses we thought maybe we should have stayed somewhere more central but after spending time in Sliema we concluded we liked it much better here in this beautifully quiet spot.

We did a lot of exploring locally which was really nice. That included quite a few walks going both directions. In particular we enjoyed the Roman walk and the walk past Mistral Bay. The local restaurants are all good and very reasonably priced.

We very much appreciated being able to message Ruth and Neville with our questions and each time we received very prompt responses. Neville welcomed us and spent a lot of time giving us a good introduction/overview of the apartment and Malta. We requested different pillows and received them promptly. At the same time Neville remembered that the stove lighter didn't work well so delivered a new one. We also noticed a small leak in the bathroom that they attended to right away. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends. Also, the driver service is definitely worth taking advantage of.

Some very little things - a cutting board would have been good and a double bed rather than two singles in one room.
