This south facing frontline apartment provides two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and open kitchen. It also offers internet access, IPTV channels with British and International television and has independant air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room. From the living area you walk out on to the balcony/terrace and from there you see you are in the heart of the port of Estepona, with its restaurants, bars and cafes. You also have the great views over the marina. The apartment offers two bedrooms; one with a family bathroom and the master bedroom is en-suite. From the master bedroom you can also walk out onto the terrace.

Good sized property located next to the port however a few issues

The property is as advertised, good sized rooms and excellent location next to many bars and restaurants at the port. Close enough to the old town to walk about 25 mins. Parking limited and very tight but there is a large free car park at the end of the road. AC in all rooms however the main kitchen/living area AC has drainage issues, these were resolved quickly but this is an ongoing problem. Unfortunately one toilet blocked, this was fixed however took 5 hours to fix! Can be noisy from below due to shops and bars and bins being emptied every morning. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance. It is well equipped and easy to upkeep.

Too many steps some with hand rails some without. Double bed to low settee in bedroom broken. noise from refurb next door.noise from refurb above. Maintainance chiping away at cracked rendering on out side of building next to our living room.after eight days we were moved to another apartment in faro apartments which was nice and peaceful but maintenance issues shower In double bedroom was broken. Single bedroom wardrobe had small set of drawers which were useless two of the drawers were broken the others were a struggle to open. Can quite honestly say it was the worst holiday we have ever had.would not recommend home and away or time in Spain holidays. Apartments should not be let out when building work is being carried out around them.

Great apartment

I didn't actually stay in this apartment however i booked this for some fellow golfers out with us. They loved it. Plenty of space and well equipped with everything you would need. 2 minute walk from where you pick the keys up. Very convenient. Would recommend and will be returning next year.

Appartement impossible à vivre dedans , l'électricité n'est pas aux normes et les plombs petent dès qu'on met le lave vaisselle en route, qu'on fait chauffer une plaque de cuisson ou qu'on allume la lumière ! La clim ne fonctionne pas dans une chambre et l'autre chambre est un iceberg, on ne peut pas régler la clim . De plus nous avons eu droit à une coupure d'eau deux jours de suite et à une coupure d'électricité ! Bref , je ne recommande surtout pas cette location ! Heureusement l'agence nous a remboursé 50% de notre séjour pour dédommagement .

Grand appartement avec belle vue

Bel appartement bien équipé literie de bonne qualité avec belle vue sur le port très animé jusqu'à très tard, difficile pour ceux qui aiment le calme.

Quelques désagréments et réparations vite réparées lorsque nous étions absents dans l'appartement par le personnel de l'agence très à l'écoute. Beaucoup de restaurants autour de l'appartement pas très cher pour déjeuner et manger à toute heure au pied de l'appartement.

Deux très belles plages à gauche et à droite à 500 mètres à pied, centre ville et paséo un peu plus loin compter une 1/2 h le marche à pied, surprise de voir que le changement de draps et serviettes avait été fait à la fin de la semaine.

La télévision exclusivement en anglais nous aurions aimé avoir au moins les chaînes espagnoles. La climatisation sans télécommande dans le séjour.

Petit bémol des odeurs de cuisine omniprésentes car restaurants sous le logement, autre point très grosses blattes partout dans le logement à notre arrivée alors que nous n'avions pas de nourriture mais le personnel de l'agence très réactif à fait traiter le logement et nous a demandé de ne pas être présent pendant le traitement.

Estepona port near restaurants, bars and beaches. This apartment is located in the heart of Estepona marina, just a couple of minutes walk to two supermarkets, a plethora of bars, restaurants and cafes. A taxi rank is very close by as well as bus stops offering a service to Marbella and beyond.

From the property, there are the local blue-flag beaches of Playa del Cristo, with its shallow waters and soft sand, and Playa la Rada with its beach bars and water activities. Estepona is located about a 35 minutes drive from Gibraltar - British styles in the sun - and about 55 minutes from Málaga airport.

On Sunday morning the harbour is the place to be for its craft and brick-a-brak market.

The lovely old town of Estepona with its cobbled streets is only a 15 minute stroll along the Paseo Maritimo (promenade). Estepona town is a very vibrant and Spanish town; it is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants and has beautiful flower lined squares - perfect to watch the world go by. Estepona is a truly a delightful town for your memorable holiday.

Estepona is also a great location if you are planning on sight seeing in some of the larger cities - Seville, Granada and Cordoba are all in easy day-trips (excursions available from offices in the marina).

    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon.     We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
