Apartment is situated in a quiet area close to all amenities. 10 minute walk to the train station, 10 minute walk to beach and Marina. Close to Montemar. 2 minute walk to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 20 minuites drive from Malaga Airport. Car not necessary.

What makes this Apartment unique
Our apartment is our holiday home. It has everything you would want from a home from home place in the sun. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. The Apartment is situated on a quiet road but within easy walking distance to supermarkets, bars, train station and restaurants. It is also 10 minute walk away from the beach and marina. The Aqua Park, Tivoli World and Crocodile Park are also very close by.

This two bedroom apartment is ideal for families who like to self cater. The property is provided with all the mod cons to make your stay home from home. The property is within easy walking distance of el pinillo rail station so ideal for exploring from Malaga to Fuengirola and beyond. The property is surrounded by 3 good supermarkets and there is also Spanish restaurants & bars on your doorstep. A little walk down the hill about 10 minutes away fetches you to the more resorts bars which cater for all ages. A couple of minutes further down the hill on you are on the lovely coast line with beautiful walks both to the left and right ideal for passing the time of day. Getting back up the hill may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, we a couple in our early sixties managed no problem twice a day at times. Overall just what we as a couple wanted the apartment catered for all our needs is well positioned in a quiet residential area that we felt perfectly safe in, would definitely return to this property.

A loverly property in a quiet residential area 10 minutes walk from the beach . Good kitchen and good bathroom
The apartment was lovey and in a good location, however the area is hilly and we were pushing a wheelchair which made it difficult at times.
Also, no wifi and Air conditioning in only two of the rooms which you have to pay for

Fabulous sunny apartment
I could not fault anything with this apartment. The ground floor verandah was fantastic with the sun shining from midday till late evening. The bedrooms were a decent size and the recently installed shower room was excellent. The pool area was well kept and clean and fairly quiet. The location was also great, a short walk to the local Lidl and then along or down to bars and restaurants.
A wonderful apartment in a great complex, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need for a really good holiday. It is very well equipped.A great terrace and outside space, only a short walk to the sea front and close to all amenities, really great location. The pool and gardens are fantastic and very private.Will definitely use this apartment again.
Our apartment is close to Torremolinos waterpark, Tivoli World, Crocodile Park, Sea world and the Marina. There are plenty of supermarkets, bars and shops all within walking distance.
Apartment will be available from 1pm on day of arrival. Apartment must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure unless otherwise agreed with ourselves. A 25% non refundable deposit is required when booking apartment. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Balance to be paid six weeks prior to your departure. Once balance is paid there will be no refunds on cancellations.
