The Town Home:
The ground floor consist of a covered entrance porch, kitchen, dining table, family room with TV, patio sliding doors that open to a roofed porch, storeroom, hall bathroom and a double bedroom with walk-in closet, TV and bathroom. The 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with a Kingl bed, TV, safe, walk-in closet, bathroom and balcony, two double bedrooms that contain twin beds and built-in wardrobes, family bath room and laundry area.

The Club House:
As one of the most attractive features of Regal Palms, the Club House consist of various amenities that make a great experience. The 1.5 acre pool complex contains a waterfall, lazy river, water slide, hot spa, two heated pools and broad pool-side tanning decks. Aside from the everyday, all day service, the Club House also offers a restaurant with a poolside porch and bar televising live events through plasma TV's. The game room includes a variety of games for all ages and the resting area allows internet connection with desktop computers as well a connection for laptop computers. The Heath Center, feet from the pool, contains a gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and services such as facials, manicures, spray tanning, pedicures, massages, etc
Regal Palms is centered on many services such as groceries stores, restaurants, parks and shops, among others. Just a walking distance away is a Publix Supermarket, Quiznos Subs, Dollar Store, Liquor Store, Nail Salon and many other practical needs. A couple of miles away are also many Disney attractions such as Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney and Blizzard Beach. Aside from the daily activities, take a night off in the various Italian, Mexican and Steakhouse restaurants around the area.
A daily resort fee in the amount of $12.95 per day plus tax applies to all reservations. The resort fee is paid locally at Regal Palms front desk check-in and not included in your reservation total.
