Located in Clermont on the gated Weston Hills resort this is a really lovely 3 bedroom property that overlooks a wide expanse of lake and conservation. Perfect for seeing and hearing plenty of Florida wildlife.
The master bedroom has a queen size roll top bed, patio doors to the pool area and en-suite bathroom with corner tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins, WC and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a full bed with double closet. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a double closet. Family bathroom has bath/shower, basin and WC. The family living area is bright and comfortable and has three seater sofa, loveseat, armchair, 36" TV, DVD player, 3 CD changer and patio doors to the pool area. There is a dining area seating 6 and a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, pantry and large American fridge/freezer. Utility room with washer and dryer. Double garage. Outside there is a fully screened in pool and spa with a good sized patio deck with planted borders, patio table seating 4 and 2 sun loungers. Free WIFI and long distance calling provided.**Pool spa does not heat up higher than the pool**
Grocery stores/restaurants are about 5-10 minutes away and the Disney attractions are a 15 minute drive.

House needs a thorough cleaning. Master bath grout is either stained or deteriorating. Bottom of shower door caked with hardwater stains and is rusting. Door trims had heavy dust collecting on them. Windows were not clean. Inside front entrance light has not been cleaned in quite some time. The glass is heavily filmed over. Outside entrance light did not work.
Pool area was dirty - cleaned 3 days after we got there. When we go there a garden hose was actually in the pool.
Outside needs to be spring leaned. Leaves on walkways and collected at front entrance and bushes.
Looks like the house was not cleaned prior to our arrival.
