This apartment is my really lovely and very comfortable 2 bedroom ground floor garden apartment, well-equipped and stylishly furnished with a perfect south facing view over the lovely grounds and pool area, and located within easy walking distance of the Marina and centre, Pinhal golf course and the Hilton Hotel. Sleeps 4 people plus an infant (the apartment has its own travel cot). Rental licence no: 24749/AL c/o CB&R Lda.
The apartment has a double bedroom with air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes and a smaller twin bedroom with air-conditioning. It has a brand new family bathroom with large walk-in shower cubicle, full bath with shower-over, vanity unit and WC. Also a guest cloakroom with vanity unit and WC.
The apartment has a lovely open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped including fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, George Foreman grill/BBQ, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a small safe, a hairdryer, travel cot, highchair and linen, towels. Pool towels are also available. Within the private terrace and garden, a rattan sofa set, patio table, chairs and 2 loungers are all provided for guests use.
There is free WI-FI throughout the apartment.
The bright and spacious open-plan lounge diner, has a SMART TV, UK TV channels (via Satellite), DVD and a bluetooth speaker which you can pair with your own devices to enable you to enjoy your own music etc. (Also one with docking station if you prefer). There is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, and a lovely view through the wall-length patio doors which open onto the private terrace and garden, with direct access over the lawns to the swimming pool area.

There is a large communal pool just visible and easily accessible from the apartment with a small children’s pool too.
There is a cafe, bar, hairdresser/beautician and a SPAR supermarket within the Locality and it is around a 15-20 minute stroll across flat parkland and gardens to the town centre, Vilamoura Marina and beaches (all within 2 kilometres) or you could take the tourist train which passes by regularly in the summer.
Please note the apartment is on the ground level with no steps or lifts to negotiate so is well suited to young families and guests with mobility challenges.
The apartment has underground parking as well as street parking areas.
The apartment is principally a cherished holiday home for my family, but is also rented out using a professional, local management company who will meet and greet all guests and provide local support during your holiday.
