Apartment occupying one of the best locations in Newquay 300m from Fistral beach

Zinc 39 is a bright modern apartment situated on the 3rd floor of a development of contemporary apartments in a superb location on Headland Road. It has ceiling to floor windows which make the apartment light and airy with access to balconies overlooking the War Memorial with the South West coastal path beyond and with views towards Newquay’s other beaches which makes this a relaxing place to enjoy your holiday. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one being en-suite) with an open plan lounge/kitchen. Everything you should need for an enjoyable holiday is only a short walk away.

The apartment is accessible by both lift and stairs.

There is a lockable communal storage cage for surf and body boards in the basement of the building. There is a Cornwall Council public car park at the rear of the property with direct stepped access into the apartment building.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just 300 metres from the world famous Fistral beach and a two minute walk into the centre of bustling Newquay with all its amenities. We enjoy this part of Cornwall's coastline as there are some great walks from outside of the apartment with spectacular scenic views and great waves in windy conditions .

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is an excellent base from which to explore the very best that Cornwall has to offer. It's a 2 minute walk into town or to the beach and there are several fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. It is also directly opposite the wonderful Newquay golf course and very close to a number of surf schools.

A fantastic property with a conveniently located car park to the rear with plenty of space. The apartment is in a brilliant location with the sandy beaches only minutes away on foot. Also within walking distance to the shops and supermarkets so no need to drive! Would definitely recommend this apartment and already looking forward to another stay!

Fantastic apartment, great location.

This apartment is fantastic. It was super clean on our arrival and is decorated in a modern, fresh way. Extremely comfortable with a lovely balcony for enjoying a glass of wine. Its really close to Fistral Beach and the town is just a short walk away. We came via train and did not need a car at all. The pre-arrival information was really helpful and friendly too recommending some places to eat out. 5 Stars definitely and we hope to be back soon !!

Very enjoyable stay in Zinc

The apartment was ideal for our stay being so close to the beach, and was very clean and tidy. There were just a few minor niggles.

The apartment was very warm on a night even with the balcony doors and windows open.

The apartment overlooked the public car park which we were aware of in advance but could be noisy early in a morning with the doors & windows open.

Family bathroom shower head fixing was loose and the shower gave a very narrow spray.

Toilet roll holder in en suite was loose.

Overall, happy with the apartment and would stay again.

Perfect

Amazing apartment with everything you need during your holiday in the perfect location. Very clean and the welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cider and biscuits is a lovely touch after a long drive. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will be returning.

Fabulous stay in Newquay

When I walked into the property it certainly gave me the "wow" feeling, the decoration is second to none, spotlessly clean and in a great location. We will certainly be coming back for another stay and will certainly recommend to family and friends. The local beach was beautiful and the beachbar is perfect for an ice cold beer or wine :)

Beautiful, very clean, modern apartment

This place is amazing. Beautiful, clean and feels very homely.

Few minutes walk to both beach and town. Main bedroom and En-suite very spacious. Lounge comfortable and kitchen equipped with everything you may require.

Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

excellent apartment

the apartment was very good - excellent location and very well furnished. The only problem was the access codes - very confusing. If it hadn't been for a very helpful lady we probably wouldn't have been able to get in!! all in all our stay was very good and could not have faulted the apartment and the liaison with the owner and the housekeeper - excellent. Thank you and we would certainly recommend it to friends and family

Please contact the owner by phone or email to check availability and for any discounts.. Short breaks are only available out of peak seasons.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. When booking less than 6 weeks from the commencement of the holiday full payment of the rent will be required at the time of booking.

A good housekeeping bond of £150 will be taken in addition to the rent and payable when paying the balance. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure once our property manager has verified no damages or breakages.

Sorry but no pets are allowed and this is a non smoking apartment.

Changeover Day:
In peak season Saturday is the usual changeover day but there is flexibility on this depending on other bookings. Arrival is from 3pm and vacate apartment by 10 am on day of departure. Please feel free to contact the owner with any questions

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
