This elegant and very spacious (200 sq m) Andalucian-style corner villa is only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport. It is 10 minutes drive from Marbella old town and only five minutes from Puerto Banus. The house offers three double bedrooms, two en-suite, and an additional family bathroom. There is a large comfortable drawing and dining room and a modern fully-equipped kitchen. On the top floor, there is a roof terrace with barbecue for al fresco dining which offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. A heated community swimming pool is located very close to the house.

Aloha Pueblo is a picturesque village which offers great charm and is home all the year round to many international residents, It is surrounded by the three world-class golf courses of Aloha, Las Brisas, and Los Naranjos.

There are many different nationalities living here, including French, Spanish, Germans, Swedes, Norwegians, Danes, and some expatriate Brits too! It is busy all the year round and has its own fine dining and bars while being close to all of the attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

There are few more attractive places to live in the Marbella area than Aloha Pueblo, which has made it much sought after by international residents who have lived on the coast for many years. It offers a secure environment, a wonderful ambience, and many facilities within a short walking distance. There are frequent bus services to Puerto Banus and San Pedro and there is a taxi rank close by if one does not wish to use a car.
