Comfortable, Clean, Modern!

The apartment was exactly as described on the website. The interior was modern, well-furnished, clean and had everything we needed including satellite tv and air conditioning. The pool nearest our apartment was never busy during our stay in early July and the complex was peaceful and quiet. The location was convenient for visiting nearby beach resorts with a car and there is an Aldi supermarket around the corner. Small Beach (not the best for sunbathing) as well as various restaurants/bars along the main road within walking distance. There is also a huge choice of restaurants along the beach fronts just a short drive away. The local agents were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Perfect Suite, lots of facilities, close to the beach & dining

This lovely two bed two bath suite is nicely furnished with lovely large patios overlooking the pool and pleasant tropical gardens. We really liked the marble floors, the all marble bathrooms (nice walk in shower too) and big fully equipped kitchen. The complex, Hacienda del Sol, is in an enviable position, very near to a nice beach (5 minute walk), next to great restaurants, grocery stores and most of the other services you may need - all within an easy walk. And, you are only minutes drive from Marbella & Estepona, under an hour to the airport, and even Gibraltar is only 50 minutes away - so lots of places to go. The parking is spacious and underground with a lift - easy. The suite had internet and television with all the stations that you could need - there is even a fireplace in the living room for those chillier winter nights. The owner, Mr. Lawrence, and his team in Spain, Tango - made sure that we had everything we needed to arrive at the right destination at the right time, and that everything was in order for all of our month stay. Anyone, families or couples, should enjoy a stay at this suite. The area has many offerings from tourist activities - zoo, horse riding mountain biking etc and there are many great restaurants to recommend. Our favourite (not cheap) was the Villa Padierna - as a place to chill with a drink, or fine dining this hotel in the Los Flamingos development is exemplary - and their beach club (a few miles to the west) is awesome - they have big luxury loungers on the edge of the sand - where you can be wined and dined in your own draped cabana and enjoy the sounds of the waves and views of the blue med. Go and enjoy yourselves!

gemütliche Ferienwohung in sehr schöner Wohnanlage

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sieht sehr schön aus. Auch die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Es stehen einem verschiedene Pools zur Verfügung. Nur ein paar 100 Meter entfernt kommt man über einen Fußweg direkt zum Meer. Gleich neben der Wohnanlage befindet sich fußläufig ein Lebensmittelmarkt und verschiedene Restaurants. Die Anbindung zu bekannten Orten, wie Estepona, Marbella oder auch zum weiter entfernten Ronda sowie Málaga ist sehr gut. Wir haben alles mit einem Mietauto angesteuert. Jedoch gibt es auch eine gute Busverbindung zu den Nachbarorten.

Die Übergabe und Abnahme der Wohnung durch Tango Holiday Solution erfolgte problemlos.

Diese Ferienwohnung können wir gerne weiterempfehlen und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal dort Urlaub machen.

Apartamento cómodo, bien equipado, en una urbanización con piscina, jardines, cerca de la playa.

Es ideal para familias. El piso esta bien equipado y las instalaciones de la urbanización son excelentes. La playa queda a pocos metros, un supermercado y restaurantes.

Grand complexe touristique

L'ensemble est très propre et luxueux, sur une cote très betonnée.

Il y a bien une plage accessible facilement à pied mais vraiment pas terrible.

Dommage que les travaux d'entretien (taille, tonte, karcher) démarrent à 8h le matin : c'est un peu tôt sous les fenêtres des vacanciers, sans parler des chaises balancées autour de la piscine pour les remettre en place et ce dès 8h...

L'appartement état très propre et bien équipé mais surement pas utilisé depuis longtemps, quelques détails négligés : dommage

très bel appartement tout équipé

Résidence de propriétaires calme et bien situé (proche d'un supermarché discount, à 15 minutes en voiture de puerto banus, 400m d'une plage).

La résidence compte 6 lagons identiques (pateaugeoire pour enfants, piscine paysagée, bains de soleil) surveillés et peu fréquentés (pourtant en pleine saison).

L'appartement est très bien équipé, de bon standing, WIFI avec un bon débit, chaines TV internationales.

L'appartement est géré par une agence immobilière très proche avec un accueil très chaleureux et disponible.
