This room also has a ensuite shower room with large walk in shower, WC, basin and a heated towel rail.
The second bedroom also enjoys harbour views and has a built in wardrobe with twin single beds which can also be configured as a superking double if preferred. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room with WC, basin and walk in shower.
The whole of the second floor is given over to the spectacular living space. With floor to ceiling glass windows guests will feel they are literally perched over the whole of the harbour! Impeccable interior design and an immaculate palate of creams and greys with stripped wooden floors and comfortable sofas blend easily with the wicker trunks and church pew seating.
A dining table and chairs are set at one end, with the seating firmly focused on those views! There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and complimentary WiFi, so if you need to keep in touch with the outside world (or book your favourite restaurant) you can.
The kitchen is fully equipped with impeccable style to boot. Corian worktops and a breakfast bar mean this is a sociable place to prepare a meal, while all mod cons include a dishwasher, double oven with electric hob, and full height fridge freezer.
On the top floor is a wonderful flexible second living / bedroom area benefitting from the amazing decked terrace. The two sofas both convert into oversized single beds, and there is also a bathroom on this floor which has a further WC, basin and shower.
There is a parking space underneath the property suitable for a medium size car and two additional reserved spaces on the quay to provide private parking for a total of three cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome subject to a £25 fee.
