This frontline two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the colourful Albufeira marina, with spectacular views over the marina and across the harbour to the sea. The marina hosts several bars and restaurants, along with activities including boat trips, segway rides, indoor bowling and indoor go-karts - all on the doorstep to the apartment.

Air conditioning provided to lounge and both bedrooms. Internet WiFi installed.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people with two separate bedrooms (possible for a further person on a sofa bed in lounge, ask for details) the beds have 1000 pocket springs to give a good night's sleep. There are two bathrooms, both containing sink, toilet and shower, one also has a bath and bidet.

The large lounge is equipped with comfortable seating and entertainment including LCD TV, Bluray/DVD player along with an assortment of board games and books. A guest safe is also available for use (free of charge).

A six person dining table and chairs gives spectacular views of the marina whilst dining and outside seating is available on the apartments two balconies.

The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Cooking appliances include electric oven, gas hob and microwave. A kettle, toaster and iron are also provided.

A spacious shared pool provides somewhere to sunbathe (loungers provided) and to take a swim to cool off from the Algarve sunshine.

The apartment is located on the second floor, with elevator access, intercom, CCTV and 24 hour security guard patrols. The apartment also features centrally monitored smoke/fire alarms and fire blanket and extinguisher.

This apartment has been furnished and equipped with premium brand electricals from Sony, Bosch & Siemens.

Location is ideal being only 40 minute transfer from Faro airport. The apartment is walking distance, along the sea front, to the old town with its many bars, cafes, restaurants and fisherman's beach area. Both taxi rank and bus stops are available directly outside the apartment complex. There are two large supermarkets within easy reach as well as several smaller shops. Salgados Golf Course is ten minutes drive away.

Optional extras are available (additional costs may be incurred) including baby cots, high chairs and private secure car parking.

The apartment was just as advertised brilliant living space a home away from home if not better, the views were amazing from the apartment balcony. If anything at the most could have done with a fan in the room. Great little bars and restaurants around the marina and only a short 10 minute walk into the old town. Great place to stay, great communication and support from a warm and friendly host and staff which we met on arrival. No problems no hassle definitely recommend and would stay again.

Fabulous!

Great location, albeit 20 minutes walk from the Old Town (up hill), taxis or tuk-tuks may be better for those less able.

Apartment lovely, great views of the marina, shops locally supplying basics only. Plenty of restaurants below the apartments, nightlife music was not too loud, so it didn't interrupt our sleep - however we were there in May when it was considered 'out of season'.

Couple of hiccups while we were there, but the agents got it sorted for us.

Recommended, would definitely visit again.

Lovely modern spacious apartment in great location

This is by far the best apartment we have ever stayed in. I would have given it 5 stars but after being refused storage of our cases on the last day (only until 1pm) I downgraded to 4 stars. The apartment has a very well equipped kitchen, lots of storage, great views etc. No complaints at all regarding the apartment and its facilities. Would be a good idea if there was a toilet for use at the pool. I have already recommended to friends.

Perfect

The apartment is in the perfect location, with everything at your doorstop, stunning views.

Apartment was perfect, only downfall shower cubicle drain was blocked, so could not use, out of date condiment, which unfortunately was used which led to feeling sick.

Would recommend to have a day flight, due to no shops being open, and we struggled for food and drinks.

Lovely week in lovely apartment

Apartment very clean & bigger than pictures show with everything you need. To make it totally perfect I would suggest some water being left in the fridge in case of late arrivals.Despite our flight being delayed until the early hours we were met & guided around the apartment. We had a lovely week away exploring both the marina & Old Town & it was still very quiet with some days the pool to ourselves! Balconies great for people watching & despite restaurants & bars below very quiet at night once apartment locked up. We will definitely be back!

A lovely and spacious apartment with good amenities close at hand.

A very spacious, light and airy apartment and a lot larger than the pictures on the website indicate. The two balconies off the lounge/dining area enable sitting in the sun or shade to look at the marina and beyond. The kitchen is well equipped and the two bathrooms, with a shower in each, made life easier. There is a good choice of restaurants downstairs and a Spar supermarket too. Zoomarine and the spectacular dolphin show is only a short drive away as is the retail park.We enjoyed a round trip to Silves through the countryside (although Silves does not have a lot to offer). The walk into the old part of Albufeira has some wonderful views with coffee stops along the way.

We enjoyed our week and the hot weather was a bonus!
