The villa is located in Javea, in a cape midway between Valencia and Alicante, in one of the best and quietest areas of Javea at 5 to 10 mn driving from the nicest beaches, in a quite neighbourhood (Tosalet), 800 meters from shops, and at few miles from the golf. It is a charming Spanish style house of 240 m2, with a lush and beautiful garden of 1400 m2, 5 bed-rooms (accommodation for 9 persons), 3 bathrooms , Naya (40 m2), BBQ, private swimming pool (50m2), several terraces. It is equipped with air condition, washing machines (laundry and dishes), American refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV with channels in different languages, DVD reader, hi-fi, internet adsl-wifi, ...and nice inside and outside furniture. Super Holiday Property, Recommended

This property is great for a family holiday (or for 2 families), There were 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 children and there was enough space inside and out that we never felt crowded. The star of the show is definitely the pool and surrounding pool area, which is superb and a very good size. There is a massive amount of wardrobe space in the villa and the owner/manager also has pool/beach towels available for use - I think I counted 12-15. For anyone interested, 2 of the bathrooms are en-suite. There is everything you could need in the kitchen, including a coffee maker, and there are two BBQs - one is gas. Location is in a nice area but not convenient for walking to shops or bars/restaurants. This is a Spanish=style villa and not ultra-modern but has all the modern facilities you would expect. I was happy enough with the bed as I prefer a firm mattress . This one was firm enough for me and not at all lumpy. Nobody in our group complained about the beds.

Superbe villa

La villa est parfaite. Très belle, grande et très bien équipée. Tout y est. Il y a de l'espace, la piscine est magnifique. Cette villa est vraiment bien étudiée pour la location et pour que les hôtes passent de bonnes vacances. Il a fait très chaud donc la climatisation était très appréciable. A 5 min en voiture des criques ou de la plage principale. Nous sommes ravis de cette location et serions prêts à y revenir avec plaisir.

Belle maison familiale

Super ! Maison spacieuse, très fonctionnelle, beau jardin, belle piscine, climatisation appréciable.... Et tout ce dont on a besoin, les propriétaires sont très sympa et au service de leurs client.

Super séjour

Nous étions 2 couples d'amis avec chacun 2 enfants (8 et 5 ans). En fait, pour résumer notre séjour ça serait de dire "comme à la maison". Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est présent dans cette maison et même plus. La climatisation se trouve dans toutes les chambres sauf une ainsi que dans la salle à manger. La cuisine est super fonctionnelle avec un garde-manger. La piscine est d'une taille plus qu'appropriée car à 8, on ne se marchait pas dessus !! Les 2 seuls points négatifs sont les suivants : - la pression de l'eau dans les douches (surtout à l'étage). Lorsque l'arrosage automatique est en route, il n'y a plus d'eau dans la douche de l'étage et très peu de pression dans la douche au rez-de-chaussée. - le Wifi qui ne fonctionne bien que dans la salle à manger, le salon et la cuisine. L'extérieur est parfait !! Une cuisine d'été, un super barbecue, des endroits où s'asseoir partout dans le grand jardin !! L'emplacement est parfait également, proche de toutes les commodités (au moins 4 supermarchés), la plage Arenal, la corniche pour se balader le soir avec toutes les boutiques éphémères et fixes, les restaurants, les glaciers... Nous remercions Ania qui nous a accueillis et à qui nous avons remis les clés à notre départ. La communication fut très fluide et les réponses d'Ania furent très rapides. Merci encore Ania. En un mot, allez-y les yeux fermés.

Lovely villa

We had a great time with our family and friends in the villa , big swimming pool and lovely terrace . The only thing that everyone complaint was about the mattress/beds that they need to be updated . For the rest great place and I would love to come back.
