We fell in love with the location! Front-line beach, walking distance to all amenities, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, the beautiful and charming old city with the Orange Square across the street.

The apartment complex itself is lovely with a very charming and more than spacious entrance hall than most of the properties we had seen.

As the apartment is on the top floor, no noise from the roof!

Amazing location and apartment is furnished to a very high standard

We stayed for a week, me, my husband, our 13 year old daughter and her friend. The apartment was big enough for us all. The location is brilliant spent hours simply sitting watching the boats go by. The rooftop pool was our favourite pool and it was a good temperature my husband went swimming every day which he never usually does. This was the first time we have used HomeAway and the very patient owner answered all of my questions very quickly which put my mind at ease. We would definitely come back here again as this has been one of our best holiday experiences.

Great location, right on the beach and a short walk from old town Marbella, orange square and bars

Plenty of space for the 5 of us with 2 in each bedroom and 1 on the pull out double bed in the lounge. Has all mod cons which is great: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils you would need. The master bedroom is a good size with ensuite and overlooks the apartments at the back. The other bedroom is smaller but still a good size double room. Only challenge is that the door that leads to the a small storage/seating area off the bedroom with a window is only accessible to the owner so this room became very warm at night as no natural air able to circulate due to door being locked. Great view of the sea from the living room and 2nd bedroom. 2 pools (one on ground level) and 1 on the roof were great and the one on the roof was particularly nice at the end of the day. There a tv with netflicks etc which was great for chilling out in front of before heading out at night. I would recommend this apartment. The only improvements I would suggest is that at handover, the location of the roof top pool is explained (the girl who treated us didn’t know where it was) and that she is also able to show where the sofa bed is located and how it works (we figured it out with her) Overall, great holiday and fantastic location.

Lovely villa

Such a beautiful villa, so much better then we thought it would be. Also close to puerto banks. Enjoyed 3 weeks here together with my family!

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. Firstly, it is located next to the beach - you go out of the building and you are on the beach, perfect for those who like to enjoy laziness during holidays. Additionally, it is walking distance to city center, so going out in the evening for a walk or for a meal is hazzle free. A parking slot in the building was helpful considering there are not so many spots to park around.

The apartment is well equipped and looked after, you immediately feel like being at home.

Property owners were very attentive not only before the reservation, but also after it, the response time was rapid, all on all the owners were very helpful in all senses. Check-in/check-out was friendly & efficient.

I can definitely recommend you to stay there!
