Centrally located on Dublin’s Leeson Street, this residence is just a pleasant 5 minute stroll to Dublin’s premier shopping strip, Grafton Street, via the beautiful backdrop of St. Stephen’s Green. This rental is spread over the 1st and 2nd floors and has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms,2 double sofa beds and 2 kitchens, these apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The layout of these beautifully interior-designed 1st and 2nd floor apartments consists of two open-plan kitchen/dining rooms with adjacent living spaces equipped with 1 double sofa bed in each space. There is also two generously appointed Bedrooms with King Size beds, 1 Bedroom with a Double Sized bed complete with Hotel Standard mattress.

We love this part of town because during the day there is a great buzz about the place with all the office workers but from early evening the area starts to empty out and there is a more relaxed vibe about the place - you get the best of both worlds - so close to Grafton Street with its many bars,restaurants,fantastic shopping and all round good times and with-in 5 minutes from Grafton Street you are home and tucked up in bed!

What makes this apartment unique

5 minutes walk to Grafton Street,as this property is so close to the most vibrant part of Dublin for shopping and nightlife,taxi's will not be necessary for the duration of your trip

Great sightseeing with-in a short hop from this rental,The National Concert Hall just around the corner and St,Stephens Green Park 30 seconds walk with 9 hectares/22 acres of well maintained grounds with lake,a playground ,lunch time concerts during summer months and plenty of benches and the like to sit,relax and gather your thoughts and watch the world go by

Great location, great team, great apartment!

Our experience staying at this apartment at the very entrance of the wonderful St. Stephen Green park was BEYOND PERFECT!! Simon, Vicky and John (and even the taxi driver that they booked for us) were very kind and did everything so easy for us since the very beginning of the process with the request of information, you don't have to worry about anything because they think of it in advance. The apartment is very clean and has everything you may need: soap, detergents, bags for garbage, a welcome present (chips, cookies and water for each one of us), even things for breakfast!! We were definitely not expecting that much and were very surprised. We would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. The location is also very convenient and it was very good for us with small children to have the playground 1 minute away. We will definitely contact Simon again when we go back to Ireland.

Friendly and accommodating

I was traveling with my husband and 3 month old and the whole team was very helpful and accommodating. It was so convenient to have a clean and well maintained apartment rather than a hotel room to meet our family's needs. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and transportation for exploring the city. I highly recommend this Dublin property.

Amazing apartment @ St. Stephen's Green !

I recently stayed for a week, and could not be more pleased with my stay! The location is unmatched, and the apartment suited our needs perfectly.

The apartment was clean, modern, decorated beautifully, and incredibly organized. There's a place for everything.

Centrally located along St. Stepehens Green, all of Dublin is just steps away. I recommend this to an traveler.

Simon, Fabi, & John were incredibly accommodating and enjoyable to deal with!

We will certainly be make our future stays in Dublin here!

Great Apartment, so close to so much!

My husband and I were seeking a clean, well appointed apartment from which to go sightseeing and to get to golf courses within an hour or so drive. Simon gave us all the information we needed to make us sure we were selecting the right apartment. We were welcomed by Vicky to a neat, clean, and very comfortable apartment. The goodie basket was a nice surprise! We were able to walk to great restaurants and bars as well as museums, and a beautiful park at St. Stephens Green. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable and met all of our needs. We definitely recommend staying here on Leeson Street!

Great vacation

We had a lovely such a lovely stay! Simon and his staff were remarkably responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment is nicely decorated, well stocked, and very clean. The location is incredible and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to enjoy in Dublin. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
