Three star rental

Firstly this is a great apartment if you have children with lots of safe space and great pool.

However this apartment is in need of some upgrading, when we arrived after waiting over half an hour for the key I think we were the first of the season to open up a very musty smell greeted us , not all the lights worked with many without any lamps the water heater did not work and took another reminder the following day to get it fixed.

The TV reception was only any good on foreign channels all the English channels were difficult to watch, the Wi-Fi was very weak. The owner Albertino Jorge made no effort to communicate through out the two weeks we were there, and requested payment in cash on arrival. In my opinion this is a really great complex with beautiful gardens with a gardener tending every day as good as if not better than THE VILLAGE across the road. The apartments in this complex are mainly owned by Portugal residents with some already doing some improvements so is nice and quiet until their annual holidays. Even with all its faults it did not distract from having a good holiday but with a little improvement it would have been a great holiday and I would have given it five stars.

Very impressive, spacious apartment in a delightful complex.

We loved the apartment, complex and lovely gardens. The private garden leads on to the swimming pool just a few yards away. The apartment has everything you could wish for to make it home from home. Our agent Albert Jorge was excellent offering advice and places to see. I would suggest a car is 'recommended' rather than not essential. It's a good 20 minutes walk to the marina. There is a tourist train that stops right outside the complex and can take you to the marina. We stayed at the start of September. The weather was beautiful throughout our 11 night stay. My only criticism would be the swimming pool. For a complex of this standard I would have expected the swimming pool to be heated - it wasn't and was very cold! Other than that, we had an enjoyable holiday and would recommend this apartment for people looking for a relaxing holiday in quality accommodation.

Firstly - big thank you to Albert Jorge for making our stay very nice! We asked for sun umbrella, it arrived the same day. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room, very nice locality and an easy walk into town. It was very relaxing....thanks.

This apartment is in a state of the art building that was finished in 2007. Panoramic elevators with access to the roof that gives you a beautiful view of Vilamoura marina and beach. Two minutes walking from the apartment there’s a boardwalk lots of exotic restaurants, ice cream shops, pubs, night clubs, and world class signature brand name stores. The apartment is a short walk away to the beautiful Falésia beach.

Golf is the main sports attraction, with five championship courses in the immediate vicinity and numerous others close by. There is also horse-riding, a tennis centre and so on.

On our 24/7 reception, you can buy tickets for most popular attractions as Aquashow Water Park, Zoo Marine aquarium and water park, Mini Golf Family Park, boat trips and much more.
