Not a bad stay just could use a few upgrades on the linens

For the most part place was clean and in order. Our unit did not have as big as couch as pictured in living area. Beds could really use some new linens. Sheets were so thin and plastic mattress pad made for an uncomfortable sleep. You can really hear whoever lives above the unit when they walk around, especially in the back bedrooms. There are some fun restaurants within walking distance and it was a convenient location to get to many attractions for our group. The property manager is very helpful about answering any questions.

Great location, beautiful condo... weird smell

We loved everything about this condo-- the rooms, the fusbol table, the kitchen area, the location, the bathrooms!!!-- but we had an issue with the moldy-mildew smell and we need to be honest with it for future renters. We toughed it out for 4 days, and we spoke to the owner on the 2nd day there and he explained that the very intense smell was due to some sort of water (cracked pipes? drainage issue?) under the building that he has no control over, and some days it smells worse than others. I guess we just "lucked out" that our days were pretty stinky. It was like when you leave clothes in the laundry for 4 days and "THAT SMELL"... but more intense and throughout the whole condo. We would be woken in the middle of the night by the taste of algae in our mouths. Once you were in the condo for a while, you didn't notice is "as much" but if you left and came back, there it was. Besides that, the condo was in a great neighborhood and had a great amount of space for me, my husband, and our two sons. We had a bit of trouble on move-in day getting the code from the owner... I sent him several messages as it was nearing the 4pm move-in time and I hadn't heard from him for a week, and hadn't received the code. We finally got it with about an hour to spare, but we were on our phones, checking availability at hotels in the area, thinking that we were going to need to make some last minute changes. A little frustrating, as even just a "I'll give you the code by 3pm" would have eased our nerves. All in all, it was fine. My kids LOVED the fusbol table- played it non-stop for the 3 days we were there! We enjoyed our time in Nola!

Great Girls' Weekend!

This property is just as described and pictured. There were 7 of us and we had plenty room. The beds were comfortable, the decor was nice, and access was simple. The panty items were great, especially the popcorn and coffee. Most importantly, we felt safe! We had to walk 3 blocks to the trolley stop through a quiet neighborhood, which was pleasant. I highly recommend this location.

The place was perfect! It was comfortable, clean and convenient!

It had just enough space for 9 people. There were three bedrooms that had comfortable beds. The bed sheets seemed used when we first came because they were dirty but that was easily solved by the washing machine in the house. The place was right in the middle of everything. It was only a 10 min walk from the streetcar and only a couple of short blocks away from the good grub spots (Blue Dot, Wakin' Bakin'.) The neighborhood was calm and quiet, which was relaxing after coming from the crazy Bourbon Street. The neighbors were so nice and friendly. We also appreciated the design and aesthetics of the house. They gave us super chill and good vibes. There was also a foosball, perfect for entertaining while waiting for friends to get ready. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and awesomely designed. Overall, the place was perfect and we're thankful that we found it because it made our trip 1000x better.

Nice Looking Place But Beware

I recently stayed at this property and while I intended to leave a rave review of the place, I must be honest with those who may chose to stay here in the future. The pictures of the condo are an accurate reflection of the common space and bedrooms. It is beautifully designed and my family and I, on first notice, loved it.

It was only after discovering roaches in various locations throughout the house as well as some actually waking me up from sleep in bed that our original impression changed. When I reached out to management regarding this issue for a possible resolution, including a partial reimbursement of the stay, I was met with a condescending tone expressing absolutely no remorse for the issue at hand. I believe he put it, "Roaches are all over the world." Now that may seem like a trivial matter to management because of the climate of New Orleans but as a customer, it is completely unacceptable to pay money only to wake up to bugs crawling on you. I'm certain that if this was another type of accommodation, I would've been met with the sincerest apology at the very least if not some type of compensation.

Aside from that, it would be important for future guests to be aware that the walls along the outside street perimeter are very thin. Many nights we were woken up by the adjacent condo from conversation, music, and other noise.

It's a shame that management couldn't resolve this matter with me privately. I did my due-diligence and was met with nothing but a defensive tone and unwillingness to do anything. So for those looking to stay with their loved ones, I would look elsewhere. Don't waste your time with a company that is unwilling to ensure that your most basic needs are met with comfort and ease.
