Loved It

We usually stay in or near the quarter and enjoyed the peace and quiet here. The location is convenient to street cars and quaint food and beverage venues. We were 3 couples and the only complaints we had were there were not enough towels and wash cloths for everyone a full length mirror would have been nice for the ladies. Other than that, it was great and we would stay again.

Great Place for a Short Stay in NOLA

No complaints. Good communication, updated amenities, in a good neighborhood. Only a short ride to the airport, Bourbon street, and the French Quarter. Uber and Lyft is running non-stop, so finding transportation isn't an issue. There's a convenience store in walking distance for any last minute needs. No weird smells like said in past reviews. This place was comfortable and convenient.

Nice but problems, this was Creole Nest not Bayou St John.

Not well stocked with stuff in kitchen or bathrooms, , not good noise control with noises upstairs all night long. Pictures make it look bigger than it is, too small for advertised 9 people. Fire alarm went off in middle of night. Liked the porch, HDMI cable, showers, bathrooms, location was good. Cheap insulation so upstairs was not sound proofed enough. Would not recommend for families at all.

Family get together in NOLA

The property is well located being just a short stroll to the Canal St tram. The accommodation was clean and tidy and ample for our group of 5. We had a couple of niggles; as a group of tea drinking Irish/Scots it would have been very helpful to have a kettle, even the whistling stove top type for the essential cuppa! Also the TV in the lounge area was inoperable. We tried every solution but even the most tech savvy amongst us were unable to get it working. I contacted the management team but no one called to check the problem just sent advice by email all of which we had already tried. Overall a positive experience and a good choice for anyone looking for easy access to the bustle of the French Quarter whilst enjoying a quieter neighbourhood.

Nice place - Great location for visiting the city

The condo was all we needed for our stay in New Orleans. Accommodated 7 just fine. Bathrooms are nice, bedrooms are nice, kitchen is nice. Location is right where we wanted it. Walkable food spots, driveway to park in. Pretty easy access on and off the freeway. Never got the main TV to work but we didn't care. Bedrooms all have TV's as well. Place was clean. We needed a few extra supplies that weren't stocked when we arrived and the host had them delivered. AC worked well. Hot water took forever in one bathroom sink, which is weird because every other location was fine. Filtered water on the refrigerator was good. There was a Keurig, which we didn't know about ahead of time. It was quiet the whole time we were around. I don't think the attached units were even occupied. Overall the condo was very good with just some minor marks against. The biggest issue for us was the smell/air quality. It was quite musty smelling the days we were there. I don't know if it's always like this or not (you'll have to check other reviews, maybe it was temporary). One person in our group has a very sensitive respiratory system and had a hard time with it. Everyone else just got used to it, didn't bother me. That's my only caution. Otherwise, book it!

Not a bad stay just could use a few upgrades on the linens

For the most part place was clean and in order. Our unit did not have as big as couch as pictured in living area. Beds could really use some new linens. Sheets were so thin and plastic mattress pad made for an uncomfortable sleep. You can really hear whoever lives above the unit when they walk around, especially in the back bedrooms. There are some fun restaurants within walking distance and it was a convenient location to get to many attractions for our group. The property manager is very helpful about answering any questions.
