Very nice 2 room apartment located in a residential cottage near slopes, Les CHALETS DU MERCANTOUR. new apartment and high standing. Large terrace 15 m2 facing south with view on the enchanting tracks. not overlooked, a janitor in the building, car garage in basement with access to the apartment elevator. Lifts close. All businesses in the front gallery of snow around (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy ,..). access from Nice airport or bus fare 1euros per person. residence in a quiet, southern exposure, view magic on tracks. Located at the gates of the park of Mercantour, the Isola 2000 resort welcomes you throughout the season in a spectacular setting. You can enjoy holidays in the mountains between snow and sun at 2000m and 1:30 for the big blue. The ski area has 120km of pistes and consists of 48 tracks (5 black, 16 red, 20 blue and 7 green) and 24 lifts

Great holiday - very happy with accommodation

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Isola. The apartment was as described and clean and tidy. The building manager was there to hand us the keys when we arrived. It was quite a squash, as expected, for a family of 5 with only the one double bedroom but the 3 sofa beds in the living area were fine for the children (ages 10,10,12) and easy to put up and down. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Ski locker on the ground floor had room for 5 sets of skis and boots and meant no need to store equipment in the apartment. The location was away from the centre but the funicular is around 100m from the apartment which goes directly to the centre (Front de Neige) with shops (including supermarket), bars and restaurants. There is also one nice restaurant and a ski hire shop at the top of the funicular so very convenient for the apartment. There is a ski run right outside the front of the apartment block which offers an easy "ski out" option to the main lifts, "ski in" is also possible to the back of the apartment. The owner was excellent at responding quickly to questions both before and during our stay and was very accommodating to our needs. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment which although fairly basic and small (for 5) offered all that we wanted and expected.

Très bel appartement dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue.

Appartement fonctionnel, agréable et calme

Appartement très agréable avec vue panoramique sur une belle terrasse orientée plein sud. Légèrement excentré il offre un calme idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Départ de randonnée au pied du bâtiment. Propriétaire sérieux et à l'écoute. Location à conseiller.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, très bien équipé .petite déception pour ce beau balcon que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser parce qu'inondé par la fonte des neiges qui goutte sans cesse du balcon au-dessus .l'écran TV se révèle trop petit pour la vue des personnes d'un certain âge ,on trouve maintenant des grands écrans à un prix dérisoire.Merci et sans doute à l'année prochaine .Dr Migueres et Mme .

Owner's Response: Merci pout votre commentaire. La note de 3* ne me semble toutefois pas en relation avec votre appréciation générale. Je pense qu'il doit y avoir une erreur de manip informatique dans ce choix d'étoiles décalé. De mn côté, je n'ai pas de remarques particulières, sauf peut être que j'aurais apprécié que la terrasse soit déneigée lors de votre départ comme nous en avions convenu suite à la dernière chute de neige importante. C'est donc le locataire suivant qui en a hérité et il en a été fort surpris..

Appartement très agréable, calme et propre avec des rangements. Sdb et toilette séparée. Cuisine suffisamment équipé avec lave vaisselle. Très grande terrasse. Accès aux pistes au pied de la résidence très appréciable.

Propriétaire accessible et disponible par téléphone.

A conseiller (malgré que nous sommes arrivé la semaine où les voisins avaient décidé de faire des travaux...)

Je ne peux maîtriser les travaux éventuellement faits par un voisin bien sûr. Sinon' je suis ravi que votre séjour ait été tel que prévu avec le départ skis aux pieds devant la residence.
