Welcome to our luxury villa Casa Rosa! Here at this place you can smell the Mediterranean Island
Casa Rosa is a Mediterranean Villa sitting in 1500 square metres of private gardens populated with lots of tropical plants, and with its own large private swimming pool. Situated in the North of Mallorca it is located in an area called Bonaire with its own marina and restaurant overlooking the bay of Puerto Pollenca.
It is fully equipped with TV, DVD, CD/Radio, Wi-Fi Internet access, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, BBQs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and towels for the pool. Two bicycles are complimentary provided for our guests. Two E-bikes can also be rent during your stay (additional rental fee).
Several places in the garden and the terrace invite you to enjoy romantic evenings and lovely BBQs.
For the children, and for evening entertainment for the adults, there is a ping pong table with sunshade. Specifically catering for the children there is a high chair and babies cot, little table and chairs plus a few extra items for their enjoyment.
The property enjoys air conditioning and full gas central heating for the winter months.

The Area Around
The North of Mallorca has a lot to offer. There are caves to visit, a host of nice cafes, bars and restaurants, and in the North of the Island there are beautiful mountains, and lots of facilities for walking and cycling for those that like some exercise.
Bonaire, is a quiet residential area but has good access to all local amenities. There is a beach road which leads to a protected nature reserve and at one of the restaurants there is a noted sunset spectacular where couples can enjoy romantic evenings. From the top of the mountains can be found beautiful, unspoilt, views of the different bays.
The Marina and Cocodrilo restaurant are 10 minutes walk from the villa. There is an excellent chief at the Cocodrilo and the restaurant is well known for the freshly caught local fish available there. The beach De Sant Pere (on the picture) you can reach by Bike / Car within 5 minutes from the villa or by walking in around 20 minutes. Scuba diving tuition and sailing and other boat rentals, are available adjacent to the Marina, in front of the local supermarket.
All amenities are close by either in the Ancient walled city of Alcudia, Pollenca, or Puerto Pollenca
Sandy beaches and coves are all just minutes away and for the golfers the superb 18 hole Alcanada course is close by. 20 minutes away is a further 9 hole golf course in Pollenca. The mountains offer facilities for walking and seeing lots of panoramic views.
Kite surfing and wind surfing are available along the coast road to Puerto Pollenca.
Local towns to visit include Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa, Alcudia, and Puerto Alcudia. On the way to Puerto Pollensa. The old town of Pollensa is well worth a visit. From Palma Airport to the villa it`s a distance of approx. 60km and by car you need around 40-45 minutes.
