This flat has just been refurbished. A top floor & loft duplex, with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathroom (one en-suite) fully equipped open plan kitchen ideal for socialising, 2 mins form queens park tube station.
Very spacious 3 double bedrooms, 1 with a triple bunk bed, 2 bathroom one en-suite, I can also provide a double mattress for groups of 7+, a travel cot is also available for babies and small children.Maida Vale and Little Venice are full of Gastro Pubs and cafes, also the canal floating houses and boats cafes and restaurants.
Salusbury Road has an increasing number of shops, gastro pubs, cafes and restaurants. The Queen's Park Farmers' Market, which operates on Sunday mornings in the grounds of Salusbury Primary School on Salusbury Road, draws people from across north west London to stock up on locally grown/produced produce.

There are a number of books and other such items in the apartment for you to enjoy during your stay, please ensure that they are respected and maintained so that other visitors after your stay may also enjoy them in the same manner you have.
Please leave the flat as clean and tidy as you found it and free from personal belongings. Please note that the price paid for the check out cleaning is intended for standard cleaning and launderette (2 hours), this doesn't include washing plates, throwing leftovers of food, etc. or any other issue which would require extra time. Any additional hour will be charged to the guests at standard rate of £15/hour.
Please make sure that you switch off the lights and the central heating when you are leaving.
ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN TIME
This is from 16.00 Hrs / 4.00pm on the arrival day booked. I may
be flexible on this, provided that there are no departures from
the night prior. Please check with me within a few days of your
arrival date and when possible I will be happy to oblige.
Extra charges will be incurred if arrival times are outside normal hours. This is a direct pass on cost from our greeter and you will need to pay them in cash when you arrive:
Please prepare the following sums depending on your check-in or check-out time:
• From 7pm-9 pm: 30 Pounds
• From 9pm-12am: 40 Pounds
• From 12am-6am: 60 Pounds
• From 6am-8am: 40 Pounds
• From 8am-9am: 30 Pounds
DEPARTURE / CHECK OUT TIME
This is by 11.00 hrs / 11.00am on the departure day booked. I
can be flexible on this, provided that there are no imminent
new arrivals. Please check with me in advance of your arrival and when possible I will be happy to oblige. Late check out after the agreed departure time will forfeit your deposit.
Damage to the property or furniture will forfeit your deposit.
Please bare in mind that myself and some authorities people might need to get into the flat while your stay (either for maintenance, cleaning or to show the flat for future rentals) you will be notified with plenty of time if any of these visits occur but you won't be able to denied access.

We loved our London flat! It had everything we needed, plenty of room for 4 adults to be together as well as room to spread out. Very, very clean!
The property was a bit small and lots of stairs to get to since at Flat C. However, Eva is great to work with and the location is convenient to most major attractions.
Eva has been a great host. She made us feel very welcome. The house is in a great location with easy transport links. The house itself is really nice with two bathrooms and different floors which is great for families that want a bit privacy to themselves.
