Located in Andalusia, in Benalmadena, a dynamic seaside resort between Malaga and Marbella. Direct access to the beach via the sea promenade lined with restaurants, shops and beach activities and Puerto Marina, marina, shops and entertainment.

The residence includes: large swimming pool, paddling pool, green and wooded garden, playground and bar restaurant. the apartment is facing south, sunrise from sunrise to sunset and is completely air-conditioned and heated. It includes an open kitchen on the living-dining room, sleeping capacity 8 people, 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower, a 2nd bathroom with bathtub, toilet-WC, balcony with table and chairs. The living room sofa is convertible into a bed for 2 persons. All amenities less than 5 minutes from the property: bars, restaurants, shops, departures excursions, car rentals, scooter, discotheques, marina, beach. 15 minutes from the airport. Vehicle not necessary.

For late arrivals after 22h in the evening, or early departures before 7am in the morning, it is asked 20 €.

Excellent Apartment Great Location

This is a great apartment on the 12 floor so gave great views over the marina and out to sea. Fully Air conned which was great as it was red hot during our stay. Pool has an lifeguard during the holiday season and it was nice to see they were on the ball and not just sat getting a tan. Beach is a couple of minutes walk and the marina close by as well. Also it is in a great location for all the nightlife and restaurants and on the main bus route between Malaga and Fuengirola so a good base for exploring as well.

The owner was really helpful from the moment I enquired about booking the apartment and helped with any questions or enquiries promptly. We stayed as 2 couples and a teenager and the apartment affords more than enough space to allow everybody there own space.

Lovely place in the sun

On the last day the medical pump was ruined and a suitcase with all clothes in got soaking wet due to the rain that poured into your apartment we spent ages mopping up the rain which poured in through the walls

I have photos and video of the rain which was coming in through the gaps in the wall

The medical pump was charging on the floor by the window in the lounge area and was ruined when water got inside it

We went to the airport with wet clothes in a wet suitcase from the bedroom with ensuit

Would there be any compensation for these please?

I can send u all the photos and film on email if u want to see them the apartment was a mess with all the water when we left I’m just glad it had not rained all week or it would have been a nightmare

Fabulous location & sea views

We had a fabulous holiday in this apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better location & the views from the apartment were amazing. We were right beside the marina, where we walked to every night & right beside the beach. We were a party of 4 adults & 4 children & had lots of space in the apartment. It was well equipped & there was champagne, a watermelon, bars in the fridge, a bowlful of apples, crisps & nuts on arrival. The pool was a fantastic size, but you weren't allowed inflatables in it, which was a bit disappointing for our children. I only gave 4 stars because of this & the fact there was no airconditioning as stated in the apartment features. There was only a ceiling fan in the living area where 2 of our children slept, & a small fan in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We found it quite uncomfortable to sleep at night because of the heat. However we would recommend staying here & would certainly return ourselves.

Owner's Response: Nous avons ete vraiment ravis de recevoir Tracey et son groupe. L'appartement a ete laisse tres propre lors du départ, et la communication a ete tres aisée et constructive . Suite aux informations de Tracey, nous avons annulé la selection "climatisation" sur les proprietés de l'appartement. Cela avait ete selectioné car c'est le seul moyen d'indiquer aux voyageurs que l'appartement est equipé de 3 ventilateurs, et un nouvel ventilateur supplementaire a ete acheté ce qui porte le nombre a 4 ventilateurs au total. Tracey a beaucoup apprecié notre accueil et pour nous, son souhait de revenir une prochaine fois, c'est la meilleure des recompenses, car notre plus grand desir est que les voyageurs se sentent comme chez eux quand ils viennent chez nous. Nous recommandons Tracey a 100%.

Solo bien

Las vistas y la piscina magnificas.

La casa tiene bastantes años y nos dijeron que poco a poco lo van arreglando.

En la cocina hay que tirar directamente todos los cubiertos y la cafetera y comprar nuevo.

Por supuesto no tiene aire acondicionado.

El apartamento a estado renovado, salas de baños nuevas y cocina completa, hace solamente dos años en 2015. No obstante, tomamos en cuenta sus propuestas de mejora, pues nuestro mayor objetivo es vuestro bienestar, y os esperamos de nuevo proximamente

Bonne situation, appartement lumineux, propriétaires à notre écoute

Pour notre première fois en Andalousie, nous avons été enchantés par la beauté de cette région et émerveillés par les monuments. Franchement à faire, par contre, une semaine c'est court pour tout voir ; ce sera pour une autre fois.

La situation de l'appartement et d'avoir un parking à côté c'était très bien. Par contre, nous n'avons pas eu de chance la semaine où nous sommes venus car la piscine était en cours de restauration et il y avait des travaux sur la plage donc nous devions aller beaucoup plus loin pour en profiter, ce qui n'' a pas été agréable pour nous.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Alicia (la soeur de Francisco) qui a été très agréable et réactif à quelques petits soucis dans l'appartement.

Benalmadena est une ville très animée par son port et bien sûr les bords de mer.

Owner's Response: Nous avons ete ravis d'accueillir Pierrette et son groupe, tout s'est tres bien deroulé en terme de comunication et de respect des regles de l'appartement. La periode de maintenance des plages et de la piscine tombait, pour cette année, sur cette semaine en mai. Nous prions Pierrette de nous excuser pour ce contretemps, néanmoins necessaire. Nous le signalerons dorénavant aux voyageurs. Nous sommes tres contents que Pierrette ait apprecié notre accueil et notre appartement ainsi que notre merveilleuse Costa del Sol et esperons sincerement pouvoir l'accueillir de nouveau pour continuer a decouvrir l'Andalousie .

Unas vacaciones geniales gracias a un apartamento maravilloso

Teníamos miedo de cómo iba a ser el apartamento, ya que las fotos a veces suelen estar retocadas, pero debo decir, que no es el caso. Las fotos de la página web se quedaban lejos de la realidad, ya. Que cuando entramos en el apartamento nos quedamos alucinados tanto con las vistas tan impresionantes, como con el mobiliario que estaba casi a estrenar, unos baños geniales, una luminosidad excepcional y un hubicación de 10 (una piscina con jardines muy buena y una playa buenísima a la que se podía acceder directamente desde la piscina por un pasadizo exclusivo para los vecinos de la hurbanización.

Para salir de marcha los jóvenes, salir a comer fuera y demás es genial porque está en la mitad de todo el ambiente.

Un punto muy importante es que está al lado de comercios para poder hacer la compra y también está pegado a Puerto Marina y a la parada de autobuses que te pueden llevar a Marbella, Málaga, Mijas, Fuengirola, etc.

Recomiendo a todo aquel que esté interesado en pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables en Benalmádena, en ponerse en contacto con Francisco y Mireille, dos personas en las que puedes confiar sin problema.
