Morzine Avoriaz (Haute-Savoie) in the amazing French-Swiss estate of "Les Portes du Soleil" (350 km of ski runs) , 'le cor des alpes', this beautiful Savoyard chalet offers a full south oriented apartment for 5 to 6 people. 2 bedrooms (3rd bedroom is possible on the same landing), 1 living room with a fireplace (wood is supplied), television, built-in kitchen (washing machine), terrace with summer living room - at 8 min walking distance from shops and areal lifts - 3rd bedroom is possible, with a hand basin at the same level, please ask for the price of the covered car park with 2 spaces.

For winter, discount of 10%. For summer, free Portes du Soleil multipass (access to 4 pools, 25 areal lifts, 5 cultural sites, 9 tennis court, 2 ice rinks and 3 little tourist trains through the 12 Franco-Swiss stations of the Porte du Soleil estate).

Lovely comfortable apartment, next to bus stop

This is a lovely comfortable apartment for 4. Great for 2 couples as there are 2 double beds (seems to be rare for ski apartments!). The bus stop is right outside and it's very easy to change at the end of the road to the main bus up to Les Prodains (lift to Avoriaz), or you can stay on the bus to go round town to get to the Morzine lift. It's only a short walk to the supermarket

We didn't have great weather for skiing week skiing, but it was brilliant to be able to come back and light a big log fire to keep warm when we returned from the slopes. We also appreciated the dishwasher meaning less time cleaning up! The balcony area would also be very nice in summer (and there's a lovely view, though unfortunately we didn't see much of it!

Owners are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Vacances réussies

Belle semaine passée dans cette ville et ce chalet ! Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, tout le confort pour être comme à la maison ! Endroit calme, terrasse pour manger dehors par beau temps ! Location proche du centre ville pour pouvoir se déplacer à pied . Sans oublier le "multi pass" qui permet de faire des activités à moindre coût !

Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires,toujours présents pour savoir si tout va bien sans être envahissants.séjour très agréable avec nos deux petits enfants de 8 et 5 ans.Appartement calme ,propre, bien aménagé pour des vacances,une belle terrasse plein sud dans un chalet bien entretenu et magnifiquement fleuri (un régal pour les yeux et le nez),belle vue sur la montagne et proche du centre.Non négligeable le pass gratuit inclus dans le prix de la location.
