The kitchen is furnished with all stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and glass top stove. Additional appliances include conventional coffee maker, expresso maker, toaster and blender. The dining room seats six and with the additional 4 bar stools a total of 10 people can be easily accommodated. The living room includes a couch, loveseat and two wing back chairs. The entertainment center includes a stereo and turntable for your enjoyment. The master and living rooms face the open ocean and boast gorgeous sunrises and peaceful views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has two large walk-in closets and the master bathroom provides two separate sink areas with both a whirlpool bath and shower and a separate water closet. The balcony is furnished with two chairs, a lounge chair and a table that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favorite beverage. The living room, media room and all bedrooms have ceiling fans and additional lighting. Flat screen TV’s are provided in both the media room and the master bedroom; the master bedroom includes a DVD player. Basic cable and WiFi are also included for your convenience. A separate laundry room with a state of the art washer and dryer as well as a utility room complete this beautiful unit. Amenities include an exercise room, pool tables, tennis courts, heated pool and hot tub. There are many, many great restaurants nearby as well as plenty of public parks and bike paths. A storage facility is also available to store your beach chairs, coolers and toys.
My husband and I purchased this property in July of 2013. When we stopped by to look at the unit, we really had not seriously considered buying something so quickly. Having always wanted a place on the beach, we fell in love with the view and the area and decided to move ahead. We now spend our time between Key Largo, Miami and Hutchinson Island and are enjoying every minute of it!

This beach is probably one of the cleanest and peaceful beaches around. It is not only beautiful but the few people that you meet on the beach are friendly and always have a smile for you. One of the things that drew us to this particular area is the fact that we have water views from virtually every room in the condo. Just love it!
Being able to watch the sun rise and then the sun set from the comfort of my home is one of my most favorite things. There is just something special about looking at the ocean and seeing the sky change colors as the sun paints the sky. Heavenly!
Love the farmers market on Saturdays. Fabulous vendors with unique gift items and an absolutely terrific fresh produce and food stands. A must see!
