About the property

Peaceful location, 3 minutes to shops, 5 minutes to beach, Castle and Harbour.

This bright and spacious house has a warm and homely feel with the added bonus of your own car park space to the front of the house. You enter through a side door into a large hall. To the front of the house is the lounge with 2 sofa's and a log effect fire and flat screen TV. There is a second WC downstairs off the hall. The kitchen / dining area is to the back of the house leading to the veranda and sunny garden. There is a feature stairwell leading to the two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double and a single bed. The house has gas central heating and free Wi Fi. We are only 4 minutes walk away from the mainline station with direct links to London. 3 minutes to the shops, 8 minutes to the beach, harbour and castle. A central but peaceful location ideal to look around this wonderful area.

Why Mrs Sara Williams chose Whitstable

We loved the feel of this house the first time we saw it. It feels just like home! The location is ideal for driving or walking and the car park space on the front is one thing less to worry about. It is only 4 minutes walk away from the mainline station. My father lived a few minutes away and we spent 3 great years visiting him regularly and falling in love with the area he lived in. We spend much of our time relaxing and enjoying the house and surrounding areas. There is so much to explore. Many well known restaurants in the area, you will often need to book in advance. Enjoy the cycle routes around the town and seafront, or walking if preferred. The local swimming baths are next to the harbour along with a family bowling alley. Whitstable Castle is between the harbour and Tankerton Slopes, a few minutes walk from the house.

What makes this house unique

This is a lovely house with high ceilings and lots of natural light with large hall areas giving a spacious and relaxing feel. The garden has a veranda so you can enjoy the garden whatever the weather. The parking to the front is priceless in busy times.

I loved your house! I love Whitstable, it has good shops, lovely seafront and just a great vibe. Little Pearl was a lovely base. The space inside is amazing, it looks quite small from the roadside but the rooms are all a good size, the bedrooms are very generous, possible at the expense of the bathroom space. The decoration is fresh and modern and certainly to my taste. The garden was nicely laid out and I was fortunate to have good weather so I had my breakfast out there most mornings. A real bonus is the off road parking, as parking near town can be a nightmare.

I would return again and I would recommend Little Pearl to anyone who didn't mind being a 10 minute walk to the seafront.

Love everything about this little gem !

We had a great time staying in whitstable at little pearl!. Close to the train station and a short walk to town centre. This little house had everything we needed for a family of four.

Excellent two bedroomed property

The house was well presented and it was very helpful having a parking space available. Walking distance to the shops and harbour with lots of cafes and restaurants. Driving easy to lots of nearby towns inland and on the coast.

Lovely home from home in a convenient location

We were pleased to find a spacious, clean and extremely well equipped property. An added bonus was the parking. We also enjoyed the small, well maintained, sheltered, secluded garden. The property was in a great location for walking into town, or driving to local attractions. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
