Garden Lodge is a compact, semi-detached lodge, in the owners' grounds, in the hamlet of Hollym near Withernsea. The lodge sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchenette, dining area and sitting area with a sofa bed for flexibility. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Garden Lodge is a comfortable base for couples looking to tour the pretty hidden villages of the former East Riding. Amenities: Electric wall-mounted ceramic heaters with electric fire. Electric oven, 2-ring electric freestanding hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Small enclosed lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property at any time please. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The Garden Lodge is within close proximity to the owner's joinery workshop. Note: There's a caravan and camping club site in a separate part of the owners' grounds.
