This apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of an ancient building in the heart of Trastevere. Recently renovated, it comprises a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and two single sofa beds, dining area, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. From the kitchen you can access to a nice little balcony overlooking the courtyard. The apartment is bright and airy, very quiet and in a perfect location: from here you can easily get to all the main touristic sites of the city and to the many restaurants, bars and convenient stores of the area.

Clean, spacious apartment.
The apartment itself was very nice. There are two bedrooms and a living room with pull out sofas. The two bathrooms are modern. There was not one trashcan in the apartment, nor were there any cleaning supplies of any kind including paper towels. Also it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water in the refrigerator. Olga met us and gave us the keys and she was very helpful.
Beautiful apartment, great location, missing a few essentials
This apartment is cute, charming, and perfectly located in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome, and I would highly recommend it. My only feedback is that it could include a few more essentials for guests only staying 3 nights (as we did). There were no trash bags or paper towels, which would have been appreciated. Also, for a 50 euro linen fee, I thought they could have included a few more towels.
Lovely property in Excellent Location
We stayed for a long weekend in the flat. The property itself was spacious enough for 4 adults and although in a busy part of Trastavere, it was quiet once the windows were closed. The little kitchen balcony faced into the rear courtyard, so although it didn't get the morning sun it was a pleasant and quiet place to sit throughout the day. The kitchen was well equipped, although it took us a little while to find the cutlery drawer. (Under the oven)
There is a lift if necessary, although it wasn't quick, so we never bothered.
The area itself is full of bars and restaurants, so meals weren't a problem. Its also reasonably close to all the main attractions, ie 25 - 30 minutes walk to the vatican, spanish steps and coliseum.
One final tip. If you visit the Vatican, to skip the queues for St Peters Basilica, when you visit the Sistine Chapel leave by the exit in the far right. This is reserved for guided tours, but if you are not stopped the exit is within the precincts of the Basilica, ie after the queue.
The apartment was okay but there was nothing gracious about the service. The man who met us was civil but Just explained the rules of the apartment. We were staying for 5 days and they provided one bath towel and one hand towel for each of us. When we asked for an extra towel, we were told it would cost us an extra 20 Euros which we found outrageous. We could buy towels for this price. The kitchen was adequate but had no counter space and one electric outlet so we could not use the toaster and the microwave simultaneously. We were warned that if we needed to stay beyond the checkout time of 10 am, even an hour, we would be charged 25 Euros. This was very inconvenient because our plane left at 3 pm and we had no place to leave our luggage. The apt was advertised with an elevator but the tiny elevator worked erratically which was difficult for my Travestere who had difficulty with the stairs. The windows of the apartment had no screens so we were unable to open them despite the heat and wound up
using the air conditioning all the time. We had just come from Sicily where we rented a villa with a pool for 2 weeks. The rental managers were very accommodating. As soon as we asked for anything, they responded quickly and graciously. Extra towels were provided at no cost. We had to make an early plane to Rome, the housekeeper came at 7 am to take the keys at no extra charge. Considering that the apartment cost approximately $1200 US dollars, we expected the serious to be more accommodating.
we provide 3 towels each. Check out is no later than 10am, that is because we usually have guests checking in the same day and we need to have the time to prepare the apartment. We can arrange a later check out upon request and with an extra price only if it is possible. The extra fee is because we have an extra cost (extra staff) to arrange that. Anyway, we always give our guests information regarding the luggage deposit near the apartment. We also give contact number to use during your stay to ask for information or other issues. As for the elevator, usually in the Trastevere buldings there is no elevator at all: this is very common in the city center.
We loved our stay in this elegant and welcoming apartment, spacious and confortable and everything was as described.
The neighborhood is very nice, the apartment is centrally located and the public transport is easy to get to, it was just what we needed.
We will be back for sure.
Great apartment - excellent position, very comfortable beds and good communication,
We really enjoyed this property. One of the better ones we have stayed in- and we have stayed in a lot in Rome. Olga who met us was excellent and helped us when we had a small problem with the aircon- couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive.
While Rome seduces with its extraordinary monuments, Trastevere captures the traveler's heart. It is the most authentic and characteristic District within the Historic Center, the perfect place to glimpse the old world while enjoying the lifestyle of today's Romans. Often described as Bohemian, Trastevere maintains its character thanks to the old, narrow, winding, cobblestone streets. Homes decorated with flower boxes and clinging ivy interlace with coffee bars, restaurants, and one-of-a-kind boutiques.
The apartment is located in one of those small streets, next to the river and few meters away from the Tiberina Island. Thanks to its strategic location, you can reach within walking distance many astonishing places such as Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Imperial Forum, the Coliseum and the Spanish Steps. Following the river Tiber for 15 minutes you may reach the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. Passing through this magical place, senses are pleasantly awakened with every step.
