My husband and I grew up in Nebraska and spent some time traveling with our jobs and living in both Kansas City & Chicago along the way. We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 10 to 19 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat 'The Gathering Pointe'. . . a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! This property has it all with it ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.

What makes this condo unique

Walk to everything - makes a huge difference! A condo that is literally a snowball's throw to the slopes and the convenience of being on the 1st floor is an awesome perk at the end of a long day on the mountain.

Gorgeous Condo - Perfect Location

We just got back from a long weekend trip and absolutely had the best time. The condo was BEAUTIFUL and spacious enough for my husband, myself, my 4 children (ages 1-8) and my mom. It was stocked with everything we needed (including a pack n play, stroller & highchair, all kitchen items you might need, humidifiers, extra blankets etc...) so we only had to pack our personal items. If you ask my kids they would say their favorite part was the swimming pool (indoor/outdoor heated). For us it was the location. It was a short block to main street and a slightly longer walk to a trailhead for a suitable hike for all of us. We never needed to get back in the car! We will definitely be back. Don't hesitate to book this property, on top of everything the owner was wonderful to work with.

Great Summer Stay in Breckenridge

Our family stayed here in August 2016 for a week. I don't think there's anything that the owners of the condo have missed. What a great place to stay. We were able to walk to Main Street for restaurants and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The condo is beautifully furnished. Would love to come back during ski season.

Great condo situated at the perfect location. This three bedroom, four bathroom condo had everything we could possibly need. Check in and check out was very simple and the location was absolutely perfect. A five minute walk took us to Main Street. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful property to rent for a summer stay in Breckenridge

We rented a two-bedroom and three-bedroom unit from the same owner. First of all, it was our 50th anniversary celebration and had our family with us. The thoughtful owner left us flower and a bottle of wine to add to the celebration! We really appreciated this gesture and felt it went "over and above" from a rental unit. The place is beautifully decorated and centrally located to all activities. Any questions we had were answered immediately with courtesy. If you are looking for a rental in the summer for Breckenridge, I would positively recommend either unit. They a both spacious and can accommodate your needs. A+

Wonderful condo!

We just returned from staying in this beautiful condo. Everything was wonderful. The condo was spotless and was just as beautiful as the pictures indicated. The location is perfect. It truly is a short walk to Main Street where there were wonderful places to eat. Jackie was incredible to work with. She answered all of my questions before we traveled to Colorado and provided us with a list of places to eat as well as things to do. We are already planning a trip for next summer and look forward to staying in this beautiful condo again. You will love staying in this condo!!
