My husband and I grew up in Nebraska and spent some time traveling with our jobs and living in both Kansas City & Chicago along the way. We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 10 to 19 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat 'The Gathering Pointe'. . . a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! This property has it all with it ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.

Exceeded my expectations!

This was by far the best lodging experience I have ever had! Jackie, the host, was accomodating, detailed and welcoming! She ensured our anniversary trip was memorable and is the kindest host I have ever interacted with. Now, the house, the pictures are exact - this house is GORGEOUS and SPOTLESS! Every room was tastefully decorated, every bathroom well stocked. I looked for weeks for the perfect rental and what drew me to this home, aside from the ideal location, was the Christmas decorations. Such a unique touch I have not seen before and made my trip feel

even more amazing. Not to mention Jackie has great taste! The house was huge yet felt homey and comfortable. The entire house is stocked with every little thing you could possibly need from air purifiers to humidifiers. The kitchen cabinets are even labeled! The outdoor patio really connects you to the mountain and is so peaceful and private.

The location is literally steps away from the Peak 9 lifts and Main street and Maggie Pond. The rental is on the ground floor with easy access to the entrance of the Chateau.

I cannot thank Jackie enough for sharing her lovely home and amazing taste with us! We will absolutely return to try out one of Jackie’s other rentals.

You absolutely will not regret booking this rental!

Beautiful in The Village Condo-Close to Main Street and the Slopes

Great condo and location for Fall Break! Elegant furnishings with all the comforts of home! The beds were wonderful and I slept amazingly every night! Close to everything-Main Street shopping and dining and the slopes. My family and friends enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the pool and hot tubs! Jackie was amazing to work with. Your home is beautiful! We will stay again!

We used to find a different condo each year but this time we all wanted to stay here again! The location is perfect, the condo is beautiful. The kids LOVE the year round pool. The owner is amazing to work with. What can I say - we love it!

Elegant, comfortable condo, close to everything

We had a great fall break staying in this condo. Elegant furnishings with all the comfort of being at home. Plush bedding, lush towels, and plenty of room for our family of 6. The big round table was perfect for playing games and family dinners. We loved this and will definitely try to stay again the next time we are in Breckenridge.
