Apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private terrace. Suitable for up to 8 guests. Located in the historic centre of Seville by Plaza San Pedro and Plaza de la Encarnación. The Cathedral is a 10 minute walk distance. First floor, with elevator.

The apartment has 150sqm and is distributed over three floors.

Level 1: Living area with 2 sofas, coffee table and TV. A window looks out to the central patio of the house. Dining table with 8 chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering. With washing machine, dishwasher and oven.

Just off the living room is bedroom 1, with a double bed (1,35 x 1,90 m) and a small bathroom with shower. The bathroom has two doors, accessible from bedroom 1 and living area. To give full privacy, both doors have locks on both sides.

Level 2: Bedroom 2 with twin beds (0,90 x 2,00 m) and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (1,50 x 2,00 m), and bedroom 4 twin beds (0,90 x 1,90 m). There is a third bathroom available with shower, next to bedrooms 3 and 4. All four bedrooms have windows towards an inner patio - making it a calm and quiet place to sleep.

Level 3: Private terrace with a large dining table, and views over the Church of Buen Suceso. There is an exterior bathtub.

Other features include: central air-conditioning and free wireless internet.

Lovely Apartment with Fabulous Location

Our family of 4 (husband, wife and 2 grown kids) truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays 2016. The location is ideal for exploring every corner of Sevilla. It's was super clean and uncluttered because it is only used for rentals. It is quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The 4 bedrooms came in handy because we felt we could spread out and it was a delight that the kids had their own bathrooms. And having a washing machine was a godsend.

We also went to Sevilla and Betis football (soccer) games, a real treat for this FIFA-loving family.

We met the owner who lives in the building. When we needed a few more kitchen items, she happily filled our request. This is a pleasant rental in a fascinating town.

Location

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.
