This quaint little apartment was perfect for our family, and is close to a century old!

Malika was the perfect host! She helped us park our car and carry our things up the four flights of stairs! She also made some great recommendations on food and activities. The kitchen and bedrooms were furnished with everything needed. It even had a couple of toys for our two little toddler boys. Malika also helped us understand the map and how to walk to the lake and market. We loved our time and wished we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful town

We had a fantastic time in Annecy. This apartment was well situated for exploring the town by foot. There is a grocery store very nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped and quiet at night. The Annecy area is beautiful and well worth a visit. The hosts were great at suggesting local activities and provided lots useful information about the area. The apartment is spacious and bright and the view of the mountains from the balcony was lovely. You would not go wrong if you picked this apartment for your stay in Annecy. (only caveat is that it's on the 4th floor, so you need to be able to go up and down stairs). A great spot.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful alpine town.

Modern, comfortable, well equiped and very clean apartment. Handy location for the local supermarket and station. Nice little balcony where you can sit in the sun the whole morning. Very welcoming owner. Attention to helpful starter kitchen and bathroom kits. Cooling fan available in the bedroom located in the converted loft. Quiet street and neighbours.

Beautiful apartment close to the town and lake.

The apartment was clean, well maintained and a 10 minute walk to the old town and lake and only a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket.

Boats are available for hire which the children really enjoyed and the beach at the north end of the lake was beautiful with a dedicated swimming area with life guards.

The old town is magical and really has to be seen to be believed.

The apartment was also in an ideal location for visiting Mont Blanc and Geneva. A vingette can be purchased at the border (about €38) and you can also exchange currency here.

The 25% payment is refundable 2 month prior to arrival, after this period the deposit of 25% will be kept by the owner
The 75% balance due 1 month prior arrival is non refundable

From Septembre to Mai bookings: 50% Refund will apply to all other bookings 3 weeks prior to arrival. (cancellation between D-21 to arrival day will not give right to any refund)

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
