A very cosy apartment overlooking one of the small squares located off the main Bellaluz Plaza. This lovely, bright apartment consists of a very comfortable lounge/dining area with small balcony, fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a recently refurbished bath/shower room (full bath and separate shower cubicle). The apartment also has air conditioning/heating, satellite TV and complimentary WIFI service. Without a doubt an outstanding feature of this apartment is the extensive, private solarium which is accessed a few steps up from the property entrance - sun-worshipers take note!

To cool off and relax, the Olympic sized Bellaluz pool with its separate children´s pool is only a couple of minutes away - another great attraction with its own snack bar (seasonal). The centrally located Bellaluz Plaza is just around the corner from the apartment, this has a very lively ambience reminiscent of the Spanish villages in the surrounding area, containing a number of bars, restaurants, boutiques, gift shop and a supermarket. There are also a number of other businesses including a chemist, hairdressers, management companies and estate agents, adjacent to the Plaza adding to the busy feel of the community. During the summer season the Plaza is host to evenings of live entertainment of varying types including music and dance and the occasional fashion show.

Terrific apartment with terrace which was private and made our stay. Colin from Phoenix really helpful . Great food and very sociable environment.

Lovely flat

I didn't like La Manga club much personally. Golfing expats and retirees mostly. However the flat was lovely and very well kitted out. If I came here again I would definitely rebook. The booking process was fine, didn't encounter any problems.

Ideal location and lovely apartment

Excellent. The owner very kindly arranged for bread, milk, butter, jam, tea and coffee on arrival. Thank you for this as it's a god send especially as we arrived late at night. Also nice to also have beach towels provided as well as bath towels. Lovely clean apartment. Located next to all restaurants, shops and communal pool in Bellaluz. We Loved the Roof Top terrace with lovely views. I can only really think of one negative and that is there is a bit of noise that travels from Bellaluz square to bedrooms at night from bar. But that stops about 1am. I would expect that would be in most apartments in this location too. There are a few restaurants in Bellaluz to choose from if you don't want to walk a considerable distance to the other restaurants . Bellaluz is also a pleasant place to enjoy a drink too and entertainment in the high season. Phoenix management were also helpful and friendly. Thanks also to Colin for arranging our taxi to La Barra restaurant. This is our 5th stay in Bellaluz and we would definitely come back again.

La Manga Club is, without question, one of the world´s leading Sports and Leisure Resorts. It is located within 1400 acres tucked into the Murcian hillside overlooking the clear waters of the Mar Menor.

Within the Resort there is a huge variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques and has its own supermarkets, banks, chemist and doctors surgery. There is also an excellent all year round children´s Mini Club offering a wide assortment of interests.

The Resort contains 28 tennis courts, 3 championship golf courses and a marvellous Par 47 pitch and putt facility. In addition there are high quality football facilities which are used all the year round by a selection of the top professional teams from Europe and, in fact, all of the sporting facilities regularly host local and international events.

The renowned Tennis and Golf Academies offer first-class tuition all year round and there are additional academies operating for children and young adults during the school holidays. These include tennis, football, cricket and dance.

The La Manga Club Spa is luxurious and offers a state of the art gymnasium, dedicated teaching studio, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, private treatment rooms and also incorporates a heated indoor swimming pool.

Additional leisure facilities including mountain bike riding, horse riding, crazy golf, paddle tennis, diving and wonderful walks in the surrounding countryside.

There are a variety of flights that can be taken from all major European airports to Murcia San Javier (25 minutes from the Reosrt) or Alicante (approx 1 hour away). To take full advantage of what the area has to offer we recommend car hire, which we can arrange on your behalf – please ask for a quote.

La Manga Club Resort is located on the portion of the south-eastern coast-line named the Costa Calida - the Warm Coast. The general climate of the Murcian Region is predominately in the ´sunshine´ section of the barometer making the Resort ideal for both summer and winter breaks.

The nearest large town, Cartagena, is an easy 20 minutes drive away with the regional city of Murcia only a further 20 minutes along the motorway, making a visit to the water park and zoo an easy proposition with great shopping opportunities also on offer.

Festivals are widespread in Spain and true to form the Murcia region has some wonderful celebrations. In particular the Easter festivities with their colourful parades and in September the re-incarnation of a Roman Village in Cartagena commemorating the historical conflict between the Carthagenians and Romans, are ones not to be missed.

Away from the bustling cities the local area boasts access to both the wide expanse of the Mediterranean and the calmer, enclosed waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar de Cristal beach in particular is very welcoming for families as the water is generally very tranquil and warm, shallow enough for children of all ages and is only 10 minutes drive away.

The village of Cabo de Palos, one of a few within easy reach, offers a variety of small restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a picturesque harbour and lighthouse, it is also home to a very popular Sunday market.

Close by we also have the Calblanque beach which is an area of consideration and as such remains in its original, untouched form making it an ideal picnic spot.

The natural barrier that separates two seas (the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean) and thanks to the warm temperature throughout the year, nearby La Manga del Mar Menor provides a wonderful opportunity to take part in a wide range of water sports. These include scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, water and jet skiing etc.
