Situated 20 minutes from faro airport between Almancil and Loule, and just a 10 minute drive to the Marina at Vilamoura. For those wishing to explore portugal the Loule train station is a short walk away and you can travel 1st class to Lisbon for 26 Euros! There are many beaches that are a mere 5-10 minute drive away, as are buggy tours, bicycle hire, the Aquashow park at Quarteira and 3 minutes from Loule a thriving traditional Portuguese town with a daily market, cafes, bars and shops. The villa is also in very easy reach of many superb golf courses.

The villa is spacious and airy with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas, including a 12m x 6m pool that can be heated for an additional cost It has an acre of landscaped gardens with plenty of fruit trees. The garden is secure with a walled perimeter and access to the house is via an electric gate with intercom system. There is a good sized gas BBQ for your use. We also have an table tennis table outside. The property can accommodate up to 10 adults plus 2 children + 1 baby.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 x SuperKing - with en-suite, 1 with 2 x singles (with 2 full sized truckle beds for children), 1 x Superking (this can be split into 2 large singles) - with en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third has it's own separate bathroom. The villa has a large open plan lounge and dining area, with a 3m dining table and seating for 12. There is a separate TV room, a large kitchen/breakfast room and a utility room. The kitchen if fully fitted with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and with safety in mind there are fire extinguishers (on both floors), fire blanket and smoke detectors. The laundry room is fully equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, along with an american fridge/freezer. Outside the laundry room you will find a rotary airer. The main lounge has a 55" Smart HD TV and there is a 42" Smart HD TV in the TV room along with a Blue Ray DVD player and a mobile compact bluetooth enabled music system.

There is air-conditioning to all rooms and a log fire for the winter months.

On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms one with a King size bed and the other with a SuperKing. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The villa is double glazed throughout and there are traditional Portuguese locking gating systems on each window and door and a full electronic security system.

There are two main outside terrace areas (and other smaller ones). On the upper terrace you will find casual seating and table where you are able to enjoy the panoramic views towards the sea. On the ground level terrace there are two tables and chairs for outside dining. This are also has the additional benefit of having blinds that can protect against the sun, wind or rain depending on the season and allows you to 'live' outside for longer.

Around the 12m x 6 m pool there are sun beds for 10 people. The pool can be heated at an additional cost of £150 per week.

Villa was beautiful and although a little out of the way, the instructions Beverly gave us were perfect. Everything you could possibly need was available and the pool area was wonderful - our grandson was in the pool within an hour of arriving and we all enjoyed our time there - it was well worth paying a little extra to have the pool heated. We organised a home delivery from Apolónia but there were plenty of supermarkets nearby - you do need transport though. Perfect villa for a family get together and the 11 of us (3 children, 8 adults) had a wonderful week.

Amazing Villa

Me and my family stayed in the villa from 17-24 August 2017. We were met by the property manager he let us in the villa and showed us around and told us all the information we needed to know- how to lock the doors ect he was very helpful- The villa was amazing it is masive and so well laid out, we loved dining together inside and out. The pictures do not do it justice- it is such a beautiful home! All of the bedrooms are a good sizes and the bathrooms are well equipped. The pool is a very good size (much bigger than pictures) and it is cleaned once aweek. The games room in the basement is really good its got a large pool table and dart board, it also has a bar with a small fridge. The kitchen is equipped well with plates, pots, pants. It goes on to a utility room with another fridge freezer with a washing machine, ironing board etc. We loved staying in this home! We used local taxis & uber to go to supermarkets - this was roughly 12 euro and about 10 minute drive. We used yellow fish transfers which were also very good and the price was very reasonable. Information about resturants, taxis etc, are in the villa in a book provided! One thing, the property was spotless and the cleaner was lovely! Beverly was very helpful upon making the booking and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely reccomend this villa to anyone! Thank you for a lovely stay :):)

Peaceful surroundings and beautiful villa

We really did find the perfect property for our trip. Ten girls in one place can be quite full on but the villa has plenty of space allowing you to seperate if needed! Taxis were slightly challenging as no one could find the villa, uber works a treat though and is comparable or cheaper than local cabs. We had Golden Triangle Catering in to cook, if you want a treat at home it's definitely worth booking Massimo. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and lovely big bathrooms, only slight issue was water pressure upstairs but only when others downstairs were showering. It's very secure and feels safe to stay in. Depending on when you visit you may also reap the benefits of the fruit produce from the garden. Beverly, the owner, was most helpful when we booked the villa, answering many questions that I had! Would definitely recommend Casa dos Padeiros!

A beautiful villa with an equally amazing garden. Absolutely stunning all round!

The villa looks great in the photos but, in person it is absolutely stunning! Definitely worth the money, it's an absolute bargain compared to what is offered at other villas. Joao, our rep, was really helpful and Beverly couldn't have been any nicer if she tried. Beverly answered all our questions before we went and I can't thank her enough for letting us stay in her exquisite home! It was so easy & cheap to use Uber's to get around, costs about €10 to get to Villamoura. We went as a group of 10 and we are all discussing booking to go again next year because we had such a great time!!

Brilliant stay, in a beautiful villa.

We had a brilliant stay at this beautiful villa, during the day and at night the house looks equally beautiful. Beverly was really helpful during the booking stage and was really quick to answer our questions. The villa is huge, there were 7 of us, and we never at all felt remotely on top of each other, it could sleep 10-12 easily. The facilities were great and the pool area is fantastic. Suitable for people of all ages, the games room was excellent and we spent many hours playing snooker, table tennis and darts. A car is probably needed, but if you're wanting to all go out for a meal and want to have a drink, please use Uber over the local taxis, they're cheaper and from our experience were so much nicer than the taxi firms we used early on in our stay. Overall, the villa is beautiful, if you were wondering whether this was right for you, rest assured it is, book it, you will not regret it. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A wonderful villa - perfect for our family

We could not have choosed any better property for our holidays in Portugal. All was even better than you can imagine from the pictures. We all send many thanks to Bevery for kind service and a warm welcome. The family 11 persons, from 4-69 years.

The location was very good. It all was cleen and with a superb standard and it was really plenty of areas all over.

You will need a car to get around. Beautiful and interesting beaches not too far away.

We would love to come back!

Payments can also be made either direct to our bank (details will be provided). Prices are quoted in GBP but payment can also be made in Euros.

An additional security/damage deposit of £400 is required and a fee of £175 per week is required to heat the pool. These amounts need to be paid directly to the owner. The security deposit should be paid at the Booking stage and the Pool Payment one month prior to departure. The security/damage deposit will be refunded not later than 10 days after departing the villa and once our agents have checked the property and its contents (see T's & C's). Banking details will be given once reservation has taken place.

Please note that minimum stay during school holiday times is 7days.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
