This lovely villa is built on two levels: on the ground floor you have a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), a lavatory and a kitchen. From the hall you can go up the stairs to the master bedroom with its en suite bathroom and terrace.
The living room is a very pleasant space as it is connected to the terrace by two large glass gliding doors that give you a beautiful view over the garden and the private pool. The sitting area is composed of two large comfortable sofas and two rattan armchairs around a glass coffee table. From here you may enjoy your TV show on the flat screen TV placed high on the wall between the two doors. The two lamps with shades placed on the chests of drawers allow you to enjoy the space in the dim light. For your complete comfort there is underfloor heating in the living room. The guest bedroom has a double bed (150cmx200cm), a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and nightstands with lamps. From here there are two doors that open towards the courtyard. The second guest bedroom has two wrought iron frame single beds (90cmx200cm), two elegant wooden nightstands and lamps with shades. The large windows offer beautiful view to the manicured garden. These two guest bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet. The third guest bedroom has a double bed (150cmx200cm), two chests of drawers, a flat screen TV, two nightstands with lamps. From here you have direct exit to the spacious garden (780m2). The en suite bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a sink and toilet. From the entrance hall you have direct access to the kitchen. This is a very homey and elegant space with a kitchen island, cupboards and all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, vitro ceramic, extractor, toaster, water kettle, ice machine and kitchen utensils. You also find here a very pleasant breakfast table for two by the window. From the entry hall there is direct access to a lavatory with sink and toilet.
If you go up the stairs from the small entry hall you have access to the master bedroom that features a double bed (150cmx200cm), a flat screen TV, two nightstands with lamps, a beautiful carved wood mirror. This bedroom has a very elegant en suite bathroom with a bathtub, a walk in shower with a rain head shower, sink and toilet. From the master bedroom you have access to a spacious terrace (9x3m) that gives you beautiful mountain views and view over the urbanization. All four bedrooms are air conditioned.
The large plot (780m2) has distinct areas conceived for your complete relaxation. The main attraction of this villa is the terrace (50m2) that can be used all the year round as it has folding glass doors and terrace heater. There are two distinct areas here: the sitting area and the dining area. The sitting area has comfortable sofas, an armchair and a coffee table. From here you may either enjoy the garden and pool views, or watch TV as the terrace has a flat screen TV. The dining area has a dining table for six with rattan armchairs. As the terrace has a heater you may enjoy all your meals here, even on cooler evenings. The swimming pool (8x4m) surrounded by sun loungers is placed in the middle of the manicured garden and is easily accessible as it has roman steps. On one side of the courtyard there is a BBQ grill. On the first level you have a terrace (9x3m) that is connected to the master bedroom. It offers beautiful mountain views and views over the urbanization.

Benamara dos Hermanas is an exceptional beachside urbanization, located between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona, at just 15km from Marbella. The urbanization lies at the border of a natural protected pine forest so you'll feel the fresh breeze mixed with the fresh pine trees scent. The villa is close to the best golf courses, restaurants and within walking distance of shops and supermarkets. The urbanization has video surveillance and also a private playground for children.
The beach Playa El Saladillo is within walking distance (350m) of the villa. The beach is wide and clean, composed by a mixture of sand and pebbles. The entrance in the sea has some rocks. Even during the busy summer season, this beach is not very crowded. Just as you exit on the beach, you have Salduna Beach restaurant where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas/dishes or you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas.
In just a 5 minutes drive (1.5km) you reach three of the most well known golf courses: Guadalmina, Atalaya and El Paraiso. If you are a golf lover you will be delighted to be close to El Paraiso Golf Club, the friendliest international club providing the best championship on the course. El Paraiso Golf Club is set out with the backdrop of La Concha mountain to the north and the Mediterranean to the south. The villa is also close to Atalaya Golf&Country Club, an amazing golf course set against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains. Its two magnificent 18-hole courses - the Atalaya Old Course and the Atalaya New Course - are lined with mature eucalyptus trees, cactus and palms and pink and white azaleas that fill the air with an unforgettable and intoxicating scent.
If you need to buy groceries, fresh meat, wines, vegetables, fruits or seasonal produce you find Aldi supermarket at only 700m from the villa. Diana Center, a small shopping area, is at 2.5km from the villa. Here you can find a small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc and a small market is set up every Saturday morning. In 7km you have one of the biggest department store on Costa del Sol, El Corte Ingles, from where you can buy everything you need: food from HiperCor supermarket, clothes, etc. There are several local supermarkets like SuperSol (4.2km) or Mercadona (4.3km) from where you can also buy fresh fish, fresh baked bread, etc. As for restaurants, the nearest one is only 350m from the villa, Salduna Beach, a cozy and charming restaurant located right on the beach. You have several other options in the area within 1km from the villa.
There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Benamara urbanization. In 16km you reach the beautiful Andalusian town of Estepona with its amazing narrow streets full of flowers and colors. At the same distance but in opposite dirrection you have Marbella's city center with its famous old town studded with orange trees. Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 10 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
If your kids need interesting activities, we recommend Selwo Aventura, an amazing zoo at just 10km from the villa.
