Nestled in the midst of a peaceful and tranquil setting on a large private estate this unique semi-detached period property is located only seven miles from the historical town of Banchory and eleven miles from the vibrant city of Aberdeen with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities. Walking enthusiasts will have easy access to Crathes Drum and Dunnottar as it is on Scotland s castle trail as well as Durris Forest with a range of hills mountain ranges and country tracks to explore nearby perfect for the chance to mountain bike. There are also opportunities for sea trout and salmon fishing at the River Dee and golfers are spoilt for choice with plenty of famous courses close by.
