4-bedroom Villa a short walk from quaint Tourrettes sur Loup

Beautiful Neo-Provencal style villa with infinity pool and magnificent panoramic view towards the Mediterranean built on the site of a former olive grove. Secure gated property set on a private 2500 sq metre terraced plot. Only 850 metres from the heart of the charming medieval hilltop village of Tourrettes sur Loup (restaurants, local shops, weekly market); tennis club even closer.

The villa is on two levels and has been furnished with a carefully chosen mix of new items, often custom-made, and freshly restored antiques and lights.

Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room and lounge (HD TV + Bluray DVD) with access to 100 square meter terrace, plus utility room (Miele appliances) and separate WC. From the kitchen and the dining room, there is access to a covered terrace - with built in gas BBQ and outside sink – and to the outside dining & lounge areas and the studio bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and WC. A remote-controlled sunshade covers the 10-seater dining table.

First floor: 3 bedrooms all with view towards the sea. Master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with tub and WC. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower & bath tub. Separate WC. Useful upstairs office niche.

Underfloor heating, double-glazing and open fire for warm comfort in the winter. Moveable fans/ventilators in all bedrooms (Rowenta remote controlled with 'silent night' setting).

The pool (11 x 5.5 m) has 2 alarms. The garden has several olive trees including two at least 500-years old, and mimosa, jasmine, roses, palms and rosemary hedges. Lower garden includes boules and outside chess. A "pop-up" cinema for children (restricted headroom, 1.70m) is set up in the summer months in the cave under the house.

Covered parking for three cars. Table tennis is set up in one garage.

Property may be suitable for family/group where 1-2 guests have mobility issues and are happy to stay on the large terrace level (i.e. not use the pool) as the studio bedroom is on the ground floor - no steps aside from those from parking to front door.

Property is not suitable for unsupervised small children: garden is terraced and apertures in the railings are large enough for a little one to climb through.

WONDERFUL STAY AT VILLA MIMOSA

The villa Mimosa is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has excellent outdoor entertaining areas. The infinity pool is excellent and was cleaned each week by a professional Pool Man. There were plenty of sunbeds for 8 people by the pool plus two extra on the terrace. Gardens were lovely and well kept. Easy walking into Tourettes Sur Loup where there are restaurants and shopping, so great to walk into town for freshly backed baguettes, croissants etc for breakfast. Jennie is lovely to deal with and quick to respond to any enquiries. I can highly recommend this Villa for families - it has all the home comforts one would need to have a relaxing time in Provence. I would definitely use this Villa again. Thank you Jennie for a wonderful 2 weeks!

Villa Mimosa is a great place to stay with family or friends.

The villa is in a super location as you can easily visit the pretty villages nearby or alternatively the beaches and towns on the south coast.

A slice of paradise in the south of France

The property is amazing. The quality of fit and finish is truly exceptional, with superb attention to detail taken to ensure that everything you could ever need is there. The location is amazing, with beautiful vistas across the valley all the way to the sea, and a short walk into the town with many amenities and great restaurants. Within a week of our departure, we've already booked to return in 2019!

Amazing, Wonderful villa!

We visited Villa Mimosa for a week for my partners 40th birthday with a group of friends, we had the most amazing time! The villa is beautiful, everything has been thought of! It was extremely well equipped there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a lovely little village and only a 5 minute walk away. We would absolutely love to return next year.

Very nice place to stay

The house and garden were very nice (as pictured) and neatly kept. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor and the 4th bedroom (with en suite) is separate from the main house. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and everyday supplies were there (salt, sugar, detergents etc). The house is within easy walking distance from a small village with little shops and restaurants. We took a small dog who enjoyed the garden (note: garden is completely fenced with only one gap which could be blocked with a garden chair). Many great day trips to do from that location. The customer service was very good and we were met on time to check in and check out of the house. Would recommend staying there to others.

Pet Fee £88.76

To help us ensure the house, garden and pool area can be pristine for next guests (typically with 6-hour turnaround in peak season), please leave the villa in good order and clear of your garbage and recycling so that the cleaning team can work efficiently. We allow for 11 hours cleaning at end-of-stay; the costs for any additional labour will be deducted from your deposit (at full cost including social security contributions, please be aware that this is EUR 47.50/hour). The rental agreement outlines your obligations in detail.
Please note that Euro 220 is payable in cash to the property manager on arrival as a contribution towards cleaning.
For stays longer than a week, linens and towels are changed weekly, and a light clean is offered at no additional charge to guests.
Towels: Each guest is provided with a quality pool towel, bath towel and hand towel. Please keep these at the property! Some older towels are stored in the cellar for visits to the beach/off-site - please wash and return them for the convenience of next guests.
FINALLY, waste water and sewage are all treated in the septic tank; this is normal in rural France. No bleach-containing products should be used as this will impair the system's functionality. The system was entirely replaced in 2017 and copes with a maximum of eight guests consuming average water amounts. For this reason, no additional guests are allowed. Sorry to disappoint.
