Located at the entrance of Quartiera. Ready for a relaxing / beach holiday.

Recently purchased our brand new 2 bed /2 bath apartment. This top floor property offers spacious and comfortable accommodation - Entrance hall, Lounge and dining area, Fully fitted kitchen with integrated AEG electrical goods including washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, Induction hob, Oven and built-in fridge freezer.

The main bathroom is located off the entrance hall along with 1 x Twin bedroom and 1 Master bedroom with ensuite shower. The apartment is fully furnished inclusive of bedlinen and bath towels (beach and pool towels are NOT provided ) and finally with dining Al fresco on the outside terrace with great sea views where we have a table and 6 chairs.

Inclusive is Aircon/heating and maid service (2hrs x 1 day p/wk)

This private condominium also has a shared pool for residents/ guests of our block.

There is plenty of off- road parking at the front of the block, but if required, we also have secure underground parking for one car.

Located at the entrance of Quarteira in a quiet location yet only within 450m (walking) to the beach, bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets are also nearby.

For children there is the Aquashow waterslide park and further afield the amazing Zoo Marine.

There are many good local restaurants to choose from, which should suit everyone's individual tastes.

Vilamoura Marina ( 10mins by car ). Faro ( 20mins by car ). For those golfers, we have the famous 5 star Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago golf courses (10 mins by car)

Our Apartment is registered with the Local Government Offices and is officially licenced for rental purposes with Licence Nº 26308/AL.

I love Portugal and the beautiful Weather during the summer months - what better idea than to get a holiday apartment near the beach. My husband and I looked at a few properties for sale but as soon as we saw this apartment, it brought a big smile to my face.......:) Brand new, it had the views, the light, the well designed lay-out....... what more could we ask for.

I even pictured all the furniture insitu immediately - the hard part was finding what I had imagined but finally that was done. This apartment has been furnished with love and hopefully all our guests will enjoy it and have a relaxing and well-deserved holiday.

Outstanding Amazing

Thank you so much for amazing stay at your outstanding apartment. I really can not find one fault I did not want to come home. From the start you made us feel really welcome and your added touch with wine bread cheese and much more was so lovely. We can't wait to stay again. This is a little gem.

Fantastic Appartment

This Appartment is beautiful and has everything you need for fantastic holiday. Located only 5 minutes away from the beach and a number of lovley restaurants it is just perfect. Karen and her husband were the icing on the cake, from the first point of contact to the final good bye. If you are looking for a stress free holiday in a high quality Appartment , this is it .

Stunning Apartment

We travelled as a family Dad,Mum,G22,B17 to the Algarve in July 16 (for the 10th year in a row) and stayed in this apartment in a quiet area of Quarteira. We all agreed this is the best equipped apartment we have stayed in - everything you could want was there wifi,dishwasher,cable,air-con,bbq etc. and all the equipment was brand new and top quality. Karen the owner met us personally and showed us around and how everything worked then provided us with provisions in the fridge (bread,milk,fruit,wine etc.) so we could immediately relax. Beach is a short walk - pool though small is virtually your own and there are plenty of restaurants and a Lidl supermarket also within walking distance. In our whole 10 days we could not fault anything and recommend all aspects esp. our ever helpful host Karen.

Located at the outskirts of Quarteira, this original old fishing town has access to a beautiful palm-tree lined pedestrian walkway along the beach leading from the old fish and vegetable market to Vale do Lobo and to Faro. Close by is one of Europes best water slide park - Aquashow and the spectacular Zoo Marine located between Guia and Lagoa (about 27 Kms by car)
