clean, comfortable and super location

The apartment was so cute and cheery. It was close to the beach, and lots of restaurants. It was so quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is also one of the best priced VBRO we have ever stayed in. Cannot say enough good things.

Budget friendly and great location!

My wife and I stayed here from March 21st to April 2nd and loved every minute of it. The proximity to beach is phenomenal. There is a boardwalk about 50 yards from the door that goes another 50 yards down to the water. The beach was not crowded at all on any day and there were even college kids on the island for spring break. The sand is really soft unless it is where the water is at. I recommend beach shoes if you want to go in the water as the sand is very shelly that goes with the tide.

The house itself is older but in great shape. King bed is comfy, but we definitely missed our tempurpedic. The AC keeps the bedroom very cold, but the living room not so much. There are ceiling fans that are wonderful and a floor fan. All appliances worked and there are enough utensils and everything to cook whatever you need to. We had neighbors above and beside us, and we never heard them, which was wonderful! We did meet them all in the morning on our walks to the beach tho!

Side note: make sure you go eat at The Crab Shack, amazing food!

We will definitely be returning to Tybee and most likely this place!

Perfect for a couple looking for a retreat.

It is a small unit but perfect for a couple. It is close to restaurants and beach access. It was clean & quite except for the occasional noise from the street which may get worse in the summer months when the beach is more crowded.

The beach is close by and dining opportunities are many -- but limited in this kitchen, fridge is good, stove is not. Water is healthy but has a sulfa smell. AC is long gone, heat is 2 electric space heaters. Bed is very nice as is the shower. We brought folding chairs and used them both. The owners are very nice and quick to respond to any problems. The price is right. Good for a short stay. Tybee was fun to explore and Savannah is an easy drive away. Pictures are accurate. A & J Feb. 2017

Near beach unit

The location for our efficiency unit was excellent. We were pleased the unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately furnished for preparation of easy meals though we did not do any cooking and just used the microwave. The finish work of the unit was a little crude and dated but we would consider returning again. Being there out of season meant the area was quiet and no crowds. We enjoyed biking and walking in the area plus time on the beach. Several good restaurants were within walking distance.
