Pleasant house in a quiet residence. On the 1st floor a mezzanine and 1 bedroom. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker), 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and a bathroom. Outside, a terrace protected by a hedge of thuja, a shed and a barbecue. Bike path, bus stop (towards Royan), sea and shops (mini-markets, bakery, restaurants ...) nearby. Seaside less than 2kms.
During the summer, outdoor festivals (cine-concert, concerts ...), fireworks within 15 kms.

In July and August only weekly rentals.

Everything was just as advertised.

Great location, quiet and polite neighbourhood. Close to amenities, local shops and local markets. Great area for cycling and walking. Plenty of places to eat out near by.

Un excellent séjour familial

Nous venons de séjourner, mes enfants de 20 et 16 ans et moi-même, dans cette maison fonctionnelle, bien située, et au calme, dont deux chambres et le salon-séjour donnent directement sur le jardin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin, isolé des regards, qui avec sa grande terrasse et son aménagement (barbecue notamment). Une mention spéciale pour les barbecue aux pommes de pin...un régal! Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, aux petits soins avec leurs locataires. Nous recommandons le centre nautique (paddle, kayak, planche à voile etc..) de Bonne Anse, à proximité, et la plage de Grande côte, très agréable.
