Description et situation

La description de l'appartement ainsi que la situation correspondaient parfaitement aux photos et à ce qui était proposé. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement très propre, avec un équipement complet à tous les niveaux (cuisine, chambre, salon, terrasses). Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires ainsi que le le calme de la résidence. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et espérons pouvoir revenir en vacances l'an prochain dans cet endroit merveilleux. Nous recommandons vivement cette location à des amis pour toutes les activités possibles (promenades, baignades, pétanque, les courses qui se font facilement à pied tout étant à proximité).

Ottimo appartamento vicino al mare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 30/12/2014 al 5/5/2015. Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, 2 adulti e 2 bambini. L'appartamento si trova in un ottimo contesto, tranquillo, sicuro con la grande comodita' del garage privato. L'appartamento e' totalmente corrispondente alla descrizione e veramente fornito di tutto, anche a livello di utensili per la cucina. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal lungomare di Cagnes sur mer ed e' vicinissomo ai negozi. I proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato. Da ritornarci sicuramente. Appartement parfait. On va y retourner!

Gros coup de coeur pour ce logement!!!

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Appartement spacieux et lumineux, endroit très calme.Très agréable d'avoir 2 réfrigérateurs. Sympa les 2 terrasses!!! Il ne manque rien dans ce logement, tout est parfait!! Nous avons donc déjà réservé pour 2015!

Très bien

Location idéalement située ! Tout est à proximité très appréciable lorsque l'on fait des kms toute l'année. L'appartement est conforme à la description : très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les 2 balcons sont un plus. De nombreux rangements, eux aussi, appréciables dans une location de vacances. Internet pour rester connecté, le top ! Enfin, garage au sous-sol pas de souci de stationnement.

La résidence est très propre et très bien entretenue.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute des locataires.

Le seul petit bémol : pas de clim (mais un ventilo) mais c'est bien noté dans le descriptif et j'ai loué en connaissance de cause.

Location à réserver sans aucun souci. J'y retournerais très probablement l'an prochain.
