Fully furnished, with private terrace of 18 meters and a perfect panoramic to enjoy stunning views of the Giralda and the Cathedral of Seville.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and a loft with access to the terrace. Large living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and 2 kitchens, one of them auxiliary located in the attic and the other fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a wine bar.

The apartment has a sleek, modern and functional design. It is as central as quiet. Equipped with flat screen TV in all rooms, WIFI connection, air conditioning and central heating.

Beautiful apartment in the best location in Seville!

We four adults stayed in this beautiful apartment with all of the amenities one could hope for in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The apartment has one bedroom with attached bath in the first floor where the kitchen is also located, and one bedroom and attached bath on the second floor where the living room is located. The location of the apartment is perfect...2 streets over from the cathedral and Alcazar, next to many, many restaurants and cafes, shops and within an 8-10 minute walk of any site you may want to see! The 3rd floor roof deck has a perfect view of the cathedral, especially impressive in the evening when the lights are on it. Virginia, our host, was wonderful. She met us as scheduled, explained everything in the apartment, suggestions for restaurants, etc., and, when we had an issue in one of the bathrooms, she immediately had it fixed, even though we had to call her about it on a Friday evening! Great customer service! If you want the best apartment do not hesitate to rent this one..

Simply amazing!

Absolutely beautiful condo in Seville and just a perfect location! We even loved the girl who met us to let us in. The place is really modern and clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. (Has an elevator) Comes with all the amenities and such an easy walk to get everywhere you need to go! Amazing restaurants only a few steps out the door. Definitely stop at the Eme rooftop bar for a cocktail. That rooftop terrace view is just to die for. We loved our stay here!

The most perfect flat in Sevilla

Honestly , if you you want the most perfect, central flat in all of Sevilla, stay here. Cristina was helpful and welcoming when we arrived and was easy to reach when we needed anything. The flat is updated, modern, and amazing. The rooftop is the perfect for having a glass of wine after a night out and watching the lights shine on the cathedral. (My favorite part of the whole flat)There are so many restaurants, bars and shopping all within the door step. All the major sights of Sevilla are so close to this flat. If you are unsure where to stay in sevilla , take it from me, this is the most ideal location and flat. muchas Gracias Cristina!

Amazing location, amazing apartment and great host!!!

We rented this apartment in first week of August 2017. You cannot beat this location and the quality of the apartment. The 2 master beds with attached bathrooms and facilities are really good. In addition, our kids loved the loft with the folding beds. Even amazing is the terrace with a view of the Cathedral.

Cristina as a host is very good. We got delayed in reaching the apartment, due to a road closure in Seville and hence could not get to the parking location. Cristina was quite patient and waited for almost an hour for us to reach to the property, and there was no sign of frustration or anger from her side.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody.

Great Location

The apartment was a perfect location, and the rooftop terrace had amazing views of the terrace. It was a very nice spot for our family trip. I would suggest a maximum of 6 people in this apartment.

There were a few things that could use improving. The sheets left for the loft bed and the pull out couch didn't fit either bed. There were not enough towels left, so we shared towels for the duration of our trip. The loft bed in the terrace isn't really a functioning bed. It is in a super sunny room with no shades and there's no mattress for it, just 9 cushions you put down, but they don't stick together so it's like lying down on 9 pillows that move around all night. Also, some things were in need of repair: when we opened the bathroom drawer, the entire drawer fell off.
