Overpriced, noisy apartment

Apartment is pleasant enough although owner could do with investing in new sheets. We had to sleep on pillows and sheets that had seen better days and had blood stains. Photos of terrace very misleading it actually looks out onto a noisy car park and wholesale factories. Also the entire apartment block residents balconies look onto the terrace, so no privacy. The apartment is in the city which is busy and congested all day long. The beach is a good 35 minute walk away - along an extremely busy road. The best part of the apartment is the location as you are close to great public transport. So if you are looking for a base

It is good. But you could rent at a much lower price this apartment really is nothing special and compared to others in the area with pool and private terraces it is very overpriced.

Owner's Response: In answer to your threats of boycott on the website: I give you a discount that you've asked m not pay the final cleaning, I trust you , i will return your deposit on the eve of your departure, what a mistake! ! not only you do not have respect your commitments, but you leave the apartment in a pitiful state and filthy dirt, it was unacceptable, so, I have therefore requested via the website HomeAway € 50 (you taked the liberty don't happy with that!) that I had paid to clean the apartment and sheets stained with blood for yourself, what a shame! I rent this apartment from 2011, Your lies and revew contemptuous will not reach my future tenants because it will discern my good faith by referring to my ex and future tenants completely satisfied with their holiday.

Idéalement situé en centre ville et en meme temps très au calme, cet appartement est un vrai bon choix pour des vacances sur la cote d'azur.

L'appartement est propre, avec une déco très soignée.

La propriétaire vous recoit pour vous remettre les clés le jour de votre arrivée.

L'accueil est très sympathique et audrey est très disponible pour que vous soyez satisfait de votre séjour.

Nettes Appartement

Das nette Appartement ist gepflegt und nett eingerichtet. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum und die Terrasse ist trotzdem recht ruhig. Alle Geschäfte liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe, der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unproblematisch und nett, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Die gesamte Abwicklung hat gut geklappt.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Es war alles da - und noch mehr. Die Größe der Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Leute optimal. Hinzu kommt die wirklich große Terrasse, die jetzt auch über eine Wintergarten verfügt und wirklich zum Verweilen einlädt.

In der Wohnung moderner Fernseher - ok, mit Arte nur ein deutschsprachiges Programm, hier mag jeder selber entscheiden, ob das zur Urlaubsentspannung beträgt oder nicht. Highspeed-DSL, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, ... alles in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Hinzu kommt ein Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage - da ist das Auto schön kühl, wenn ein Ausflug ansteht.

Für uns und für unseren Urlaub die richtige Wohnung.

Everything was there - even more. The size of this holiday apartment is good for two people. Added by a big terrace which now includes a winter garden. This is an invitation to spend your time and to relax.

In the flat a modern TV - ok, only Arte broadcasting in German language. Everyone has to decide himself whether this is benefital for recreation.

Highspeed-DSL, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, Fridge with freezing compartment, cooker, … everything in good condition.

Additional underground parking - so car is cold when you start a day trip i.e. St. Tropez or Monaco or Grasse or …

For us and our vacation the right holiday apartment.

Ein niedliches kleines Appartement

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung sah genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es war auch sehr sauber und modern. Sehr schön fanden wir auch, dass Handtücher für den Strand zur Verfügung standen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und es hat alles geklappt.

Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Leider wussten wir nicht, dass die Stadt so sehr auf Fahrradfahrer spezialisiert ist. Als Hinweise für zukünftige Mieter: Fahrräder mitbringen. Diese kann man sicherlich auch in der Tiefgarage mit unterbringen. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weit, aber es fuhr ein Bus dorthin (gratis).

Ansonsten lag die Wohnung sehr zentral , aber dennoch ruhig. Der Weg zum Einkauf ( Bäckerei, Supermarkt und auch zur Stadtzentrum ) war sehr kurz, maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Im Endeffekt haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verlebt.

Tres bel appartement a Cagnes sur mer/Cote d'Azur

Nous sommes passes de tres joyeuses vacances a la Cote d'Azur dans le centre de ville de Cagnes.

L'appartement est tres propre, l'amenagement de grande qualite et und grande terrasse ensoleillee pendant le matin.

Il est situe tranquille et non loin de la centre ville et de la vielle ville. Le parking est dans un garage souterrain.

Merci pour l'occasion parfaite a passer les vacances ici.
