HOUSE OF 3 BEDROOMS 3 BATHROOMS POOL LARGE TERRACE OF 200M BARBECUE PARKING.

Quiet area near the center of the city, the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. 10 minutes walk. Private Urbanization House with communal pool and parking. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for 6 people and a baby since it has a cot. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi. Large kitchen open to the dining room, with all kinds of utensils and well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and two-door freezer).

Large lounge with two sofas, quality furniture. Satellite flat screen TV, internet for laptop. GranTerraza of 200m. with furniture porch, hammocks, barbecue and chill out area. Ideal for families with protective barriers on the stairs.

The community pool is available from June to September.

The closed garage is available to the owner.

Next to the Urbanization there is tennis court, paddle tennis and the playground.

The festivities begin on August 9 and end on day 15, where you can enjoy the incredible fireworks.

We try to give a personal touch as possible with all our guests. Easing your stay and vacation in our accommodation.

The last room with two beds of 90cm. also has access to the terrace, lots of natural light and air conditioning cold and heat. In the hall there is a chaise longue, which is worth of bed.

Wonderful House and Great Holiday.

This was a perfect choice for our family holiday. We were a party of four adults and two children and the house had lots of room to spread out both inside and out. The kitchen had everything you could need and the spacious bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of space outside to be in the shade or lying out in the sun. The barbecue was great for al fresco dining. The pool which is just across the service road was excellent and it was very quiet. The children had great fun swimming, jumping and diving. We chose not to have a car and the walk to the town and beach was easy and took 10-15 minutes. Coming back up at night was tricky towards the end of the route as there is no lighting so make sure you have a torch.

Maria was lovely and there to help if we needed it. Thank you Maria for welcoming us to your beautiful house.

Excellent property

We were all very happy we chose Maria’s villa, the situation is perfect; private, quiet and peaceful. The house was well furnished and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided. To be honest there was no need to leave the house as it was so well stocked. However, if you do decide to do so, it’s a pleasant (10 minute maximum) walk to the centre, where there are lots of beaches, bars and restaurants.

Wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada mountains from the master bedroom, lounge and terrace.

Outdoor space was perfect too with lots of different areas to sit in the shade/sun/barbeque etc.

The property definitely lived up to the photos/overview .

The owner Maria was really helpful. We couldn’t recommend the property more.

Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped house in a great location

We had a week in this house in a quiet urbanisation just ten minutes walk from the beach. It was everything we needed it to be - lots of space (outside and in), well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc., comfortable, child-friendly (safety gates on stairs and outside). Easy walk down to the beach, restaurants, shops, playgrounds etc. Great brick built barbeque too for cooking at home. Almunecar is a great town - relaxed but with lots going on.

Great stay - definitely recommend

There were 5 of us and it was great to have so much space, where we could all stay together and still have our own space.

The terrace is massive and loads of seating area, in the shade or sun. Great space to chill out.

The kitchen has everything we needed and it also has a large fridge and seperate freezer.

Bathrooms and bedrooms are also large with loads of wardrobe space.

Walk to the centre is only 15min and there are supermarkets nearby.

Distance to Malaga and Granada an hour by car.

For us it was perfect and Maria was very helpful and when we had a question she was there in 5min! Thanks
