With decks off the living room and two bedrooms, guests staying in Ocean One 319 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. Oceanfront VIP condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and two twins in bedroom 3. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Best Location on the Island

The property is incredibly located right in the middle of everything with beautiful ocean views. My young family of 5 enjoyed the pool and easy stroll to the beach and retail district. My wife and I spent every night on our patio overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. We were also treated to a family of deer who grazed right below our condo every night. The only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable and the furniture/condo decor is very dated, but with views and location as good as they offer it is nothing short of 5 stars. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We four ladies visit Hilton Head every year to enjoy our time together on the ocean. This unit is great for coffee time on our own balcony every morning, beach time (only steps away), walking paths, shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and the outlets just a short ride away. We arrived to a clean, well appointed condo. We had toilet-running issues that were quickly addressed by the management company. The only suggestion for the owners would be to freshen with new sheets. We will definitely consider this unit again!
