Ancient wine-growing farm situated 5 km from the medieval hamlet of Massa Marittima, comprising a villa and 5 apartments in a small villa inside. Peaceful position with views of the vineyards of the renowned Monteregio "doc" wine and of Massa Marittima. Shared: spacious equipped outdoor area (barbecue) with swimming pool (6x12 depth 1,4 m) (1/5-30/09 open from 8.00am to 8.00pm), laundry room (with washing-machine for a charge, wash-basin, iron board and iron). Guests can taste and purchase the wine made on the farm. The couple who tends to the outdoor areas lives in an apartment made from a portion of the villa. Access through 600 m of unpaved road in good conditions. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Parking. ACCOMMODATION: (Villa 230 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance, spacious living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access to the outside, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom (air conditioning) with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom (air conditioning) with attic ceiling, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. On the gr. fl. there is a room that is closed that can only be accessed from outside and is reserved for the owner. Spacious portico and an equipped and private garden (1500 m2) with barbecue. Two covered parking spaces. LOCATION: 5 km Massa Marittima (all kinds of shops), 15 km Follonica (beaches), 33 km Punta Ala (golf course, sailing), 50 km Grosseto, 70 km Siena.

Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus: sehr gut ausgestattet - es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Verwalter, sauberer Pool und ruhig und doch nicht zu weit von Massa Marittima, dem Meer und beliebten Ausflugszielen gelegen.
