The nearby village of Montecastello which also offer grocery stores, is of considerable historic interest, starting with its nineteenth-century theater, considered the world's smallest theater. The location is ideal for discovering Umbria: within a radius of approx. 60 km are Spoleto, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Todi, Spello, Foligno and the main Umbrian lakes such as Lake Bolsena, Lake Trasimeno, Corbara Lake and Lake Piediluco. The villa has been built in 1992 preserving the charm and using authentic materials where possible, such as terracotta floors and ceiling beams. The structure consists of a main house and an outbuilding a few meters away. The outdoor areas are characterized by a beautiful lawn with olive trees and by following along a stone road you come to the swimming pool (10x5, 1.2 m deep) (08/05-30/09) with a gazebo with dining table and stone-built barbecue . The accommodation is equipped with central heating and with air conditioning only in the bedrooms on the first floor of the main house, with a baby bed, a high chair and Wi-Fi Internet connection.
