Villa le Nuvole is a villa rental of recent construction built in Tuscan stone, situated on the Montaione hills in the countryside between Florence and Volterra. It is part of a large property with meadows and woods giving a sense peace and calm. From this raised position a fantastic view of the surrounding valley can be admired. The accommodation is ideal for a family even with children or couples of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday throwing in some excursions to the many small villages which are spread around this part of Tuscany, first and foremost, San Gimignano, but also to Florence and Siena. Panoramic glass sliding doors on all sides face the stone-paved courtyard, part of it with lawns, full of garden furniture with the swimming pool in the centre (8 x 5 with central Jacuzzi, (0.90-1.00m deep)(01/05-10/10).
Included in the price: central heating, air conditioning, wi fi Internet connection, final cleaning, utilities (water, gas and electricity); swimming pool and garden maintenance. For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning with linen change is included. To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay. Car park on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed upon request. For stays with a pet the amount of the deposit will be Eu 1000.00. Not drinkable water. Das Haus hat alles, um sich im Urlaub wohlzufühlen. Zentral in der Toskana gelegen, ruhig und abgeschieden und eine schöne Anlage mit Pool und verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Hof und Garten. Das einzige, was die Lage noch perfekt machen würde, wäre eine schöne Aussicht. Aber man kann nicht alles haben. ???? Was gibt es zu verbessern? Etwas mehr Geschirr in der Küche, denn wenn man 6 Personen serviert, braucht man doch immer noch 1-2 Teller oder Gläser mehr. Ein neues Sofa im Wohnzimmer wäre auch gut . Das alte ist inzwischen sehr unansehnlich geworden. Ansonsten war aber alles wirklich top!

Sauberkeit des Objekts: Leider liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Unter den Betten, hinter dem Sofa sowie bei den Fensterrahmen sollte meiner Meinung nach gründlich gereinigt werden. Check-in-Vorgang: Sehr unkompliziert. Im Vorhinein wurden per Mail die Passkopien der Mieter verlang inkl. Daten der Kreditkarten bezüglich der Kaution, was den Check-in-Vorgang sehr vereinfacht hat. Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats: Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Wirklichkeit. Die Beschreibung des Inserats ebenfalls. Kommunikations mit der Agentur: Bei einer Frage oder Anliegen wird immer zurück geantwortet, jedoch meistens mit ein wenig Verspätung (Email Antwort nach einem- oder zwei Tagen. Wir hatten von Anfang an um ein Kinderbett gebeten, dass uns bestätigt wurde. Bei der Ankunft jedoch fanden wir kein Kinterbett vor. Daher hatten wir eine Matratze vom Nebenzimmer auf den Boden im Elternzimmer gestellt, sodass unser kleiner Sohn bei uns im Zimmer schlafen konnte. Lage und Umgebung: Einfach nur Perfekt!!! Die Anlage ist wunderschön und man kann sich daher richtig tief entspannen. Wenige Minuten mit dem Auto kommt man zu einem Lidl um den Einkauf zu tätigen. Auf dem Objekt hat man seine Ruhe. Keine Autos die vorbeifahren (sehr wenige Landwirte), keine Mitmenschen etc. Die Landschaft ist ein Augenschmaus. Wer sich jedoch vor "kleinen Fiechern" ekelt, sollte sich eine kleine Portion Mut in den Koffer packen. Jeden Morgen mussten wir einen Frosch aus dem Pool fischen und kleine Eidechsen vom Gebäude vertreiben. Ich finde jedoch, dass man dies im Vorfeld weiss, da man ja auf dem Hügel/Berg ein Anliegen bewohnt. Gesamtbewertung: Fazit, wir hatten wunderbare und erholsame Ferien wie schon lange nicht mehr. Die kleinen Anliegen die uns störten, verflogen jedoch nach einem Tag und alles schlechte war vergessen Ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen. P.S, das wunderschönste an der ganzen Anlage war der Pool. Wirklich unvergesslich.
